Given the ABC episode I'm not sure that completing a fan survey would be an entirely wise thing to do...name, address, what do you think of the ownership/CEO...
More transparently empty words. "We haven't done a good enough job working with them [the fans]." No quatrain, you haven't. In fact, you have made such an appallingly dismal job of it so repeatedly since you arrived, that you alienated 98% of your Customer base and have no currency left. No-one will even listen to you. Action is what's needed, like making us competitive again for promotion, like you promised you would do when we were relegated last season.
Sorry, but I have heard these 'warm words' before, these just seem a rehash of what has been said before and never delivered on in meaningful dialogue. As others have posted suddenly you want to talk!. Afraid time for talking with this regime is over. Just go.
Come and meet us, tell us what you think, be truthful but if we don't like what you say we'll take your season ticket away, and ban you from away games until you say sorry.
To be fair, these seem good ideas in isolation. My questions though are;
Why announce fan initiatives on a website only read by customers, and why bother at all when they account for less than a third of revenue so are, essentially, meaningless and only worthy of the odd smirk?
Having consistently said she has no interest in meeting the Trust, I assume they will not be one of the groups invited, despite likely being the biggest, paid for fan group, or has she belatedly realised how ridiculous she has been.
Isn't the time for worrying about the "match day experience"'over ?
Does no one proof read communications before they go out ? I don't want to be a pedant but constantly reading communications from the club that contain typos really makes me question the professionalism of what's going on there.
Then spell out in black and white exactly what the new strategy is? Does it involve success on the pitch with the aim of premiership football? Or does it still involve using our academy as a nursery for other more successful clubs?
Jesus Christ you stupid cow. Stick fan engagements, stick your stupid fans forum and stick your ridiculous Target 20k nonsense. Sort the bloody first team make them COMPETITIVE then do the repair work with the fans. Why is so hard to figure out, Your a so called Lawyer there must be half a brain in there somewhere ffs.

You would be guaranteed a 20k + crowd.
"Entering a new era" ...what just because you say so?
I hope the survey is a postal one so I can send back the empty freepost envelope.
Stay strong and this could see them leave sooner , rather than later!
So Katrien meeting 'official fans groups' isn't a voluntary engagement technique but in fact one forced by the EFL on ALL of its clubs!

@CAFCofficial is this the same as when the Police invite criminals in a sting operation? Banning Orders handed out to any dissenters
Looks to be pretty much like the old era but in a lower division with a worse squad.
