A few things spring to mind; how did he manage to get caught? I can't imagine they're too hot on checking the cubicles at Chessington?
Also, the circumstances of the earlier incident and now getting on it at a theme park suggests he is not your occasional user but someone with a genuine problem.

Another one for the Charlton Bad Boys XI. Not happy with all the selections though, too many without proper convictions and the side looks hideously unbalanced. In comparison the All Stars Crim side looks very tidy.
