    Really feel for her. She wouldn't have known what a shambles she was walking in to and has likely left a good job in order to try her hand at this. I hope she goes on to better things (it would be hard for her to go on to anything worse).

    Good for her, she was put in an untenable position. Katrien should do the same, but we know she won't.

    I think this is a real shame. The Comms post has gone unfilled for so long, and within a few weeks the incumbent has gone because the management made her role impossible. The club is a total shambles.

    Intelligent person. Obviously the kind we want and need to be at our club and therefore isn't stupid or desperate enough to stay.

    Speaks volumes but no doubt some will still not see this as a problem and come up with excuses.

    It will be interesting to see if she has much to say on her experience at the club, though I realise former employees very rarely do that.

    CARD should try and ensure that her resignation and it's clear link to the 'Roland Rant' statement is publicised as widely as possible.
