  • Can we ask Katrien to present the award
  • Can we invite Chris Powell and Peter Varney to attend?

I don't think Chris would want to be in the same room as KM, but I'd pay for Peter's ticket if he wants to attend.

I get the feeling Chris was probably ok with KM and or just saw her as the puppet that came as part of the package and just doing her job.
  • Boycott the POTY vote, that's what I say.
  • Callum Harriott for his performances at Colchester
  • Could it not be Protester of the Year. It would be more competitive.
  • I can't think of anyone. Their should be no vote & the POTY "do" should be scrapped.

    (I may feel differently tomorrow).

How about CEO of the year?
You need at least one good one to vote for.......

    Any in mind ?
  • Any idea when tickets will be announced?

    Are kids welcome?
  • Looks like Sanogo by a country mile.

Planning is starting as we speak....watch this space.

And, yes, james, kids are welcome but no concessions as this is predominantly an event for adults.

As long as kids and their "minders" are aware that there's no running around or opportunities to get pics/autographs until after the meal & presentations, then it should be fine to bring them along.

Oh, and ensure they don't ask to sit on Auntie Katrien's lap.....

  • Great news.
  • A special award should go to the Belgium 20

Why, is that space already booked?
  • Let's invite as many former POTY as we can plus players / managers who still hold a special affinity to the club and get them to speak of what a great club we were and the key role the supporters played in their time at the Valley . Maybe it will prick a few consciousness and educate others of what our club stood for and why we won't be silenced.
  • Its going to have to be cousins or solly and we can ridicule as much as we like but there is no denying that there are players who DO care.
