Put Charlton Live into Google (other search engines are available) and that will bring you through to the website, where you can listen to many, many fine podcasts/live shows (though the latter, naturally, only when it's actually on on Thursdays and Sundays).
Will they be known as the 'Phantom Faker' or the 'Signature Spook' ?
I'd love to see something along the lines of The Hooded Claw from The Perils of Penelope Pitstop... (just loves that "I'll get you yet, Penenlope Pitstop" line and the laugh).
Has anyone gone over the 'Roland Out' graffiti on Floyd Road, yet? It was partially washed off last Saturday - just want to make sure RD is seeing it on his walk from the station...

Well Roland is probably dead now then as he was facing the doors that'll open going towards Dartford (Meaning he's opened the wrong doors and either fallen on to the track or in front of another train)... Unless he's at one of the London Terminals in which case there would no mention of the DLR

If it has been washed off, would someone kindly put it back again

I think I was trying to subtly encourage our local artists to do just that! But I know you should never encourage crime. Unless, of course, it involves forging KM's signature.

Spartacus, of course, died in battle at the end of the Third Servile Revolt. Rome initially saw the revolt as a policing matter but eventually had to send in the army under Crassus. The remnants of the revolt, some 6,000 individuals were captured and crucified, making for a gruesome spectacle for travellers along the Appian Way. Meanwhile, to maintain discipline, Crassus reintroduced decimation. That is the slaughter of a tenth of a cohort (480 legionaries) or larger unit by their comrades (lots were drawn to determine who were the executed and who did the executions). Estimates vary between 48 and 1,000 soldiers to have been killed but it is generally considered that discipline was maintained as a result.
Perhaps Roland has been in town as he has decided a similar discipline regime would work on the players - pour encourager les autres.
The original meaning of decimation - removal of a tenth - has been mangled in modern usage.
I am NOT Spartacus.
Just checking. Are you suggesting Roland may be planning to crucify the fans and hang the bodies along Floyd Road? This may be a bit of a media gaffe if so.

Reckon that's a change a lewisham
For him to be getting off @ Lewisham though he'd surely have been coming from London (again because of the doors that he's facing) plus if he wanted to go get the DLR, why not get a train to Greenwich as that would have cut off a couple of Stations.
Either that or he's done what we all do at times, gone to stand by the door thinking that platform would be that side, before making a muppet of himself realising that the platform is in fact the other side and he's had to turn around.
Absolutely love the station guessing. I'm going to put my neck on the line and say Mudchute.
Southeastern train, so assuming he's going to/from Charlton I make it that he's about twice as likely to be on the Cannon Street line... so I'm gonna go with Greenwich for the "change here for the DLR"
The scrolling thing says "...Docklands Light Railway" - so looks like he's getting off at Greenwich or Lewisham. Sure it's him?
Woolwich Arsenal for DLR to City airport?
Not many things excite me more as a Charlton supporter than a "Guess the train station" mystery. And one in which Duchatelet is the star protagonist.
Surely worthy of a thread in itself. My money's on him getting off at Abbey Wood for a quick stroll to a crack den in thamesmead recommended by Murray. He's just one of those strange commuters that feels the need to get up and stand by the train door 3 stops before he needs to get off.
I could understand it with the old post war cattle trucks if you needed a quick exit to go urgently but there's toilets on them nowadays.
it could be anywhere. the new cross one where the amersham arms is over the road

And I'm not even related to Louis or anything...
