On Leyton Orients site they have Kevin Nolans first Press interview. ......Interesting to hear that the Italian owner wants success ..he tried last year with an Italian coach but got nowhere. He sacked Ian Hendon even though they were three points off a play off spot He has installed another English Player manager and is prepared to back him in the transfer window. ...He doesn't do failure....
Shame on you Roland.... ...Oh I forgot you don't do failure....
This time next year we may find Orient above us in League One the way that RD is running Our Club.

I didn't realise that this was raised on another discussion. I noticed that the foreign owner ruining clubs comments and that Kevin Nolan would be no good. To counter that I would say Becchetti wants promotion. As regards to Nolan he has been at the club training with the squad there so they would know him pretty well.
