I hope they roll out the corner flag photo - it's not serious unless the corner flag is used Olly!!!
Each new corner flag photo used on the website, has proved to be the correct decision
We've got an endless collection of corner flag photos. Picking the correct one every season is an art in itself. Might even mix it up with a shot from the south-east corner next year.
Why don't we use the triangular corner flags anymore? Thought we were entitled to since we've won the FA cup?
I'm pretty sure a couple of the triangular flags went missing (nicked) and the square ones were their replacement. There's certainly scope for the triangular ones to return. I prefer them, personally.
In a revolutionary move the supporters are going to be sacked.
That's it! Roland's network extends to bringing in unhappy supporters from his other clubs to fill the voids at The Valley while he sends us all off, armed with sat navs, to support other sides in his empire.
When they sign players now they're enticing them to the club by saying "Come and play in front of current Charlton supporters who will one day move on to support premier league clubs"
Roland will be unveiling the new Hospitality Death Star, (complete with see through blind), which will be located just above the West stand. Customers should not be alarmed, it is there to protect them and their lunches as The Republic seeks to crush the Rebellion with every means at its disposal. Ex Tottenham taxi drivers can rest assured that they, their pulled pork buns and 14 chips, will also be secure in these difficult times
Didn't realistically expect KM to but at least articles like this prove that there is a lot of pressure on her to resign.
There is pressure for her to resign
I know but I she's going to feel it more and more if every time the club make a statement a news outlet has to say that it's not going to be her resignation. It's like everyones just waiting for it to happen now.
I think it's pretty sad that it's got to the point she seemingly has to keep supporter expectations in check by pre-qualifying press statements with the fact she's not resigning. It would be funny if this wasn't our club.
In any other business if things got so bad that you actively had to tell your customers not to get their hopes up over a resignation you would lose those customers. They're the rules of an average business Katrien, you can't have it both ways. Hypocrites.
A big screen is to be erected in the West Car Park, so boycotting supporters will be able to watch future games without having to enter the ground, there will be a small charge of £10.
CAFC would like to thank all supporters over the age of 55 for their support. However, it is the decision of the board that "children are the future" and with that in mind all over 55's will be presented with a carriage clock at the Blackburn game and asked to surrender their season ticket. CAFC has arranged for a bus to ship all affected supporters to Eastbourne Borough FC, the bus will depart from Basingstoke Train Station before calling at Milton Keynes, Bury St Edmonds, Walton on the Naze and finally Eastbourne. Anyone not sure of where Basingstoke is should connect to the CAFC wifi and try Google Maps. As an added incentive all bus passengers will be entitled to one free Werthers Original. Additional Werthers will be available to purchase on board.
Wow some big news coming out... No corner flag picture to be used... Its almost as bad as when we lost Scarfy!!

£15 to include a free 5-page program so you can see which shitty club the latest coach or pre-pubescent player has signed from as guess what ITS NOT ON THE SCREEN, that's just for adverts, oh wait so is the program, we haven't thought this through (again)
Q: What would you say is missing and what can be done now?
RM: “The obvious strand missing has been the number of experienced Championship players. The first time we have been able to address this is the January transfer window. Of the two transfer windows it’s the trickier one because everyone is looking for players who can make a difference.
“But we have acted quickly and got in players like Roger Johnson, Diego Poyet and Rhys Williams, all of whom have a lot of Championship experience.
“I’m pleased something has been done because when we were in this situation in 2009 we didn’t have any money to add two or three new players.”
Q: Are there other areas you think the club needs to improve?
RM: “I think we need to communicate with supporters better. The Board accepts it’s not been as good as it could and they are taking a number of steps to improve that. “But it’s important to realise that no football club gets all things right. Under the Iain Dowie and Alan Pardew eras we spent a lot of money on transfers and many of them either didn’t work out. All clubs have their issues that they must address, we all know that, but it’s very easy with hindsight.
“Equally, by being financially prudent, we’re not in the situation where we have to sell a player to pay the wages next week. I’ve been in that situation before with Charlton Athletic when I was one of the owners, and that was also the case with the previous regime.”
"would the owner of a dark blue Cortina registration G724 APZ please ring the NHS call centre to report the fact that the House DJ has fallen in a pothole and is now suing the club for compensation. as a result we have had to drastically reduce the player budget to reflect the fact that our Public Liability insurance will now rise. we've also had to send the sofa back. Katrien will receive an immediate pay rise for her sterling work and ability not to tell lies and Karel will be promoted to permanent Manager on a 10 year contract. we are also pleased to announce the appointments of James Corden as Chief Scout and Stan Collymore as interim Communications Manager."
'We have accepted relegation and are planning thoroughly for it. In the light of our positive affirmation we urge everybody to buy a season ticket so together we can begin to build yesterday today'.

The obligatory wheeling of Murray out, followed by the FIRST ANSWER contradicting Katrien's words at Web Summit.
We're not asking for gambling on promotion to the Prem, Richard. We're asking for owners and a board that simply gives a single crap about the fans, the history and the club. If you really can't see that then you need to bugger off.
The clubs long awaited for response to 2,000+ fans turning up and protesting? A pretty pointless interview with a man who now represents the problem itself, full of loaded questions and answered with empty platitudes, contradictions and a demonstration of how they really don't understand.
Well, there's good news and bad news. The bad news is that Neil will be taking over both branches, and some of you will lose your jobs. Those of you who are kept on will have to relocate to Swindon, if you wanna stay. I know, gutting. On a more positive note, the good news is, I've been promoted, so... every cloud. You're still thinking about the bad news aren't you?
