Before getting on the coach to away games Alfie had to tell a joke to Steve to make him laugh before Alfie could get on the coach they called it Charlton bants!! When we found out on Sunday evening it was like a member of our family had died and it was, we would see Stephen 4 times a week at training and on Sunday at the match! Stephen was one of the best coaches Alfie has ever had and we will miss him.

    Thanks for that. Didn't know anything about the guy so good hear from someone who knew him. Must be horrible for Alfie and the other boys.
