Stewards really should have given Norris an instant penalty for that 4th track limit, surprised he's not been given one at all
Verstappen would have let him past no doubt, and then kept the gap within 5-secs

Seems pretty stupid, given that Perez sat in the car for about 30-40mins @ Suzuka last year and then went out for a few laps, to avoid the penalty.CafcWest said:
