I'm covering the game through goal flashes etc tonight for BBC London. At about 7.10pm this evening I'll be speaking to Phil Parry on air about any planned protests on Saturday amongst over things.
So who can confirm what is expected to happen on Saturday so i can report facts.

I will add they've come to me for this rather then the other way around, so the BBC have taken notice of what's going on here.
From a SIO point of view, I suppose it's good to have an "image" for any protests/demonstrations.
If everybody is working together with the visual impact of Black and White then that can only be a good thing.
Also, there is a planned demo at 2:30 before the Sheffield Wednesday game that has done the rounds on Twitter and seems to have got people talking. There's no predicting how that will turn out though or how many people will turn out.

I reckon a fair amount. In the hundreds atleast - which is a fair amount considering our home attendance is probably really not that much these days - so many people unarsed about going even with ST's to their name. I think the problem here is conflicting protests, if some are 'do this in the ground' and others such as myself are boycotting home matches - conflicting interests. Let's see what happens Saturday and then we'll probably each jump into a camp be it more boycotting outside the ground and/or the BnW.

I'm bound to have missed something
Nailed it PL, I knew you were the right person for the job
Haven't read any of thread above as I have been abroad for 10 days and not back until Monday. Gutted to be missing Saturday's protests but my brothers will be there and representing on my behalf.
As I say not read any of the above, but my view is that we need to get serious here - and get nasty. No more being the nice guys. Have said in RM/KM meeting thread - we shouldn't be interested in any friendly round the table chats with these people. It will NEVER work under their ownership, this whole situation is untenable. We need to do whatever it takes to just get rid of them. It may not be pretty in fact it will be ugly but we need to start doing proper sh*t that is going to force this issue. That means finding a bit of aggression and backbone, whatever it takes. The whole crowd boycotting, don't turn up at the game - that means everyone - stand outside the west stand all game shouting chanting swearing whatever it takes. I don't wanna sound like a millwall bone head scumbag but these idiots aren't gonna go away with some friendly handshakes over a coffee. We need to get as nasty as we possibly can in an organised and measured way as Charlton fans and tell them to F off. Cellino is selling Leeds after they went for him and that's how standard got rid of Roly poly. We need to make it clear we are not going to back off him and his regime / minions until they're gone. It's the only language he'll listen to. Let's find a bit of backbone and force this self-obsessed greedy bastard out before it's too late ( if it isn't already).

Do agree with this. I think initially the Black and White campaign could of worked a great idea if we had managed to stop the rot and improved on the pitch in some way. But after tonight's loss we have to move on to something more drastic.

What about a black and white 'colour run' sort of thing. Around the tunnel as the teams come out against Ipswich or behind the goal as Ipswich bang in their 3rd. A plume of soot and flour would surely get the cameras attention. We could even (not aiming at, or singling out any individual of course) have an incident as the opposing directors get to the ground. Imagine KM trying to apologise to David Sheepshanks or whoever now owns ITFC, as he takes his seat looking like a Dickensian street boy.
*invests in macdougals and buys chimney sweep gear*
So I have been planning to hand out flyers at the Sheffield Wednesday game in order to promote the Spell it Out campaign and to promote what seems to have been coined "black and white day".
Obviously I cant do this by myself as I have neither the time to hand them out to everyone, the money to get them printed out professionally or the amount of paper and ink to print them out at home!
So what I propose is this.
Will people assist me in printing these out at home/work and then handing them out v Sheffield Wednesday?
If 50 people say yes and print 100 each, that's great. 5000 handed out with around 10k home fans means nearly everyone gets to see one because people go in groups, not often on their own so it can get handed around between those groups.
This needs structure:
I suppose we need a "drinker" from each of the nearby pubs. So if you are going to be at one of the pubs and wouldn't mind volunteering then please let me know.
I will be handing them out outside the ground and nearby areas ... as many people as possible helping with that would be good as well. With the protest on, there will be a big congregation of people who aren't happy with how the club is being run, so these people MUST get flyers.
Also, inside the ground. If we have 5+ or so people volunteering to do this from each stand then they should quickly get round the whole ground.
Please let me know if you would be up for helping me.
I have attached a PDF with 2 A5 posters on and A4 sheet to make the whole thing more cost effective for everyone.
waste of time if you ask me - we know what their plans are but its how they are going about it that is all wrong and keeps being repeated - this is what the protest should be about - a proper manager and a properly resourced club - communication is secondary.
@Addickted2TheReds - surely we have a few printers (ie in the print game) on here who can get 5,000 or maybe more run off at short notice and fairly cheaply (I'm sure we could cover the costs via CL). Asking people to print off and give out willy-nilly is a bit half arsed in my opinion. IF you can manage to get them printed somehow I'm sure there would be no shortage of fans to hand them out, in strategic places, me included.
dont under estimate the value of violence !!! Come on all you Guardianistas and Corbyanistas you love your "direct Action" (well untill its directed at yourselves). Im not saying there should be a violent protest but the THREAT of violence on its own is a valuable weapon. If there were rumours that : * The main gates were to be chained shut * The club shop operation disrupted * program sales disrupted * Club shop doors glued shut * Directors cars to be targeted * Press room to be targeted * All catering out lets service to be disrupted * That we have a duplicate key to the main power switch room
The club would have to spread their "protection" very wide in case any of these THREATS were to be actioned. Yes i know its not "The Charlton Way" but then neither is Roland and his Puppet Circus. Disinformation works both ways Roland

Not sure about half-arsed. I'm doing my best.
Would you be able to assist in the organisation of that then?
@Addickted2TheReds - I wish I could be more practical help with this, but if you want to get a b/w flyer printed cheaply, CLP London can do huge numbers very cheaply indeed - I used them for something last year and they can work quickly at very short notice. (Just looked at their website now, should be £22ish for 1,000 one-sided b/w A4 sheets.)
The only catch is that they're up in Islington, between Essex Road and Canonbury stations, but well worth considering, and better than knocking off from home and cheaper than going to Staples, Rymans or other printers.

sorry mate, I didn't mean to criticise what you are doing, in fact the opposite as it's much appreciated, but it needs coordinating in that all approaches need to be covered so that as many people as possible get a leaflet and that those who don't at least know what is going on. More than happy to hand out leaflets on Saturday from about 1.45pm if you let me know where to collect a supply from.
I was interested to read the leaflet that was distributed during the MK Dons game. Perhaps a B&W campaign, allied to a massed late spectator arrival á la Bayern Munich at the Emirates is the way to go. I never realised before that the Addicks wore white shirts when winning the cup way back when. Was this as a result of lack of 'colour' and 'pigment' just after the jolly deprivations incurred by WW II ?

Where are the flyers going? If you're posting them up then less text, bigger font. If being handed out, then they're fine like that IMO.
I'd also consider bullet-pointing the last bit.
Good work!
There have been a few amendments in the last few hours.
Space means I can't bullet point the last bit, but I've just tried to make it a little bit clearer.

Amended to fit with all the suggestions and those via PM.
I think it's more a case of "and" rather than "or" though.

Hi mate,
the only issue here is the picking them up.
I won't be able to do that.
Is there anyone that can offer to pick them up?
Thanks for the link though mate. Appreciated.
Yes, I've replied to the various people.
Thank you.
Okay, I need to find someone who can go and pick these up first!
But thanks, I will be in touch.
Where do you sit by the way?
