Palace have and continue to sell home tickets in the Arthur Waite stand, in the Blocks where they have ST holders.
I thought there was an F.A. Cup ruling that stated that the home team must make available 20% (or even 25%?) of the tickets to the away side and that's why (in the past) we've had to relocate some of the East stand S/T holders so that more away fans can be accommodated.

Der - oops - what an idiot! So rules for the FA cup definitely won't apply then! League cup probably different rules (if any)...
