Only tried a few times this morning as this always happens when there high demand for tickets. Wouldn't mind if we were just placed in a queue instead of being cut off.
Have now tried for 2 hours and 13 minutes...Not putting me in a queue at all - simply listen to all the blurb and then told 'Sorry we cant complete this call'... Are you all using 03330 144444.....

Trouble is with no queueing system each time you redial your chance of getting through is no better than the first time you dialled.......
lady on the other end of the phone sounded stressed !
