Any parent who maintains that they have to buy the latest shirt because "little johnny"wants it deserves the abuse not me.All I am doing is pointing out that it is their responsibility to set boundaries. If they are unable to tell the child they cant have the latest shirt then they are crap parents. If on the other hand they want to buy it then buy it.Take responsibility for your own actions dont blame the club for offering you a choice or your child for asking.
I have bumped up this old thread because I believe there is a fans forum this coming week.
As I understand it the agenda has either not been settled, not circulated or not made public, I don't know which. Anyway, I would like to think that one way or another the possibility of the jimmy Seed end being changed and housing built there has to be brought up. Apparently Tony Keohane has been communicating with architects, possibly in Belgium, to progress this matter. I also understand the fans forum will be filmed and published as such. I also understand that meeting have agenda's, and there is a requirement to stick to them, but is it too late to make this an agenda item, or at least signal it for Any Other Business? Direct questions ought to be asked about this, with follow ups if necessary. if there is a statement along the lines of 'There are no plans, meetings or enquiries of any kind, made here or elsewhere in Europe, to submit plans to Greenwich Council regarding any residential development at or near the Jimmy Seed part of the Valley, and there never will be'. If such a statement is not forthcoming then we can draw our own conclusions. Either it is none of our business, or it is secret, or it isn't happening at all.
Fanny, has the agenda come out and been circulated? I am assuming there is always 'any other business' if the protesters, or Jimmy Seed development, or the Dublin commeñts, or the general incompetence is not discussed.

If anyone at the club thinks this is a good idea then they are deluded
But we know that though, don't we..??
Could be a coincidence though, like how Tony Watt has only just disappeared from the right hand ad/banner on the home screen of the OS.........
Look forward to viewing this tomorrow.
