I did notice JJ walk past Luzon but looked away after I realised JJ wasn't going to smack Luzon on the nose. I've been critical of JJ as a player this season but I'd far rather him on the touchline than Luzon.
Much - if not all - of the booing after the second goal was aimed at Luzon and calling for his head. Whatever the rights and wrongs, he seems to be a dead man walking already. But when post-match he says that "I think in the first half we want it too much. We run too much but with passion but without organisation. After 2-0 - a single mistake - and the atmosphere was not easy." you have to wonder if he knows what he's doing. If the organisation was missing, whose bloody fault can that be! From where I was in the North Stand the crowd were behind the team until the second goal - which capped some pretty hapless passing in the previous minutes.
Fans are human. We've had to put up with an abject few months on and off the pitch. People have a right to voice their views. Paul Lambert - who had an even more torrid time - said as much on 5 Live last night. And Luzon walked off to almost no booing, which he should savour as it's unlikely to happen much in his short time with us, while the players were applauded despite the score.
I have been thinking about little else today that the match against Norwich and I have come to a couple of conclusions.
1) Duchatelet doesn’t care about the club or the history of the club or our opinions regarding his crazy network scheme. His only motivation is to prove that his theory of a club network is viable and at the same time make a few bob in the process. The whole thing is an ego driven vanity project that will go on and on. As the sole owner of the club he doesn’t have to listen to anyone else and he isn’t. My conclusion is no amount of boycotts and protests are going to change his mind it is very clear it is his way or no way. 2) So what can we do that can change something? Right now we are still outside the bottom three the situation whilst grim is not (in theory) irreversible we can still stay in The Championship.
This is where I get a bit left field and I promise you all I haven’t been drinking. As a group of fans who love the club let’s start a campaign to really get the players on side and if necessary educate those who have no real affiliation (Buyens et al) to the club just how unique and special we are. How do we do that? I would suggest Facebook and Twitter as a good starting point as many fans as we can muster Tweet etc. the players and urge them to disregard the off field rubbish, play for the supporters and the club’s heritage and in return we’ll cheer them like hero’s and get right behind them. we cannot do anything about Duchatelet he’s a numptys but we can try (and I am not saying this will be easy) to be the extra man. It is the one thing that we can do positively.
Guess I may get shot down here but I think it’s better to generate positive energy and try and keep us in The Championship than use that energy on useless vitriol aimed at Duchatelet and Luzon that ultimately will get us nowhere and add to the players lack of motivation. If they can’t manage the team we can at least try. I know mad idea but may be worth considering.

There can be no real defence of some of those first half free kicks going backwards towards our own goal - especially when we are struggling to score and so need to make the most of set pieces.
If you are going to lose the ball, at least do it going forward with some purpose.
I remember Watt picking it up early in the second half and running with it before being dispossed - but still getting some applause for at least trying to make something happen.

Excuse me, No I wasn't there last night but I have been to every other home game (minus Middlesborough + Birmingham) and have a season ticket. I have been to some of the away games too. I am not doing this pathetic high-horse boycott that some people seem to suggest is an idea worth any attention.
