Why the Elvis lyrics? Manufacturing a new club anthem?
Has anybody told DA9 the bad news?

In a way it would be good if they got into Europe and met some real ultras?

I understand that they are demonstrating against the imminent closure of Homebase in Catford.
They need to save up for the remaining 3 sides of the gazebo!

Actually, I think Port Vale sing The Wonder Of You, so the nigels are not unique with Elvis songs

i have faith that man city will dish out a good beating in a similar way that man utd did to millwall - if the worst happens, the silver lining is that millwall become the only south london team never to have won a major trophy - its not ideal, but it will do. If they go up to the prem mind you, then i'm struggling to find any other silver linings, particularly if we fuck our promotion up. I'm sure the world will have corrected itself in a few weeks time and these potential tragedies will have passed.

    What about Bromley ? 😁

Fair comment - I guess they are as London as Palace but I’m not recognising them - not until this storm has passed

Actually Bromley have a BR postcode and palace, despite being on the outskirts of Brighton, have an SE postcode so as u were - silver lining will be some consolation for us losing one of our most  esteemed crowns 👍

I dunno……but with any luck, their hopes of winning  the Cup will similarly die on the shitter.

It’s an ongoing dilemma faced by many living in Bromley, who hold dear to Kent and insist on using that county in their address, but Bromley is most definitely London, and has been since 1965.

If you look at a post code map you can see SE25 is stuck on at the end and parts of BR are closer to London. It's like how Nine Elms is in Zone 1 but Vauxhall is more central despite being zone 1/2. Post codes don't mean anything, SE25 is in Surrey.

And Bromley fans chant Kent as they are more self aware..

You are right, post codes don’t mean anything - that’s why the residents of the London Borough of Bromley have a BR postcode.
