  • Could we please keep this thread to when their fans do something funny?
  • bottom 3 after Ipswich beat spurs.
They'll still be okay. They have been so bloody lucky throughout most of their years in the Prem. They've been absolutely awful most of the time but there's somehow always been 3 times even worse.

Well that, and sacking their manager just at the precise time when a really good one is available for work.

I have a good feeling about this season though ..I think they are going to struggle
Got to hope that United come in hard for Eze & someone comes in Guehi. Then they're snookered.

It's the hope that kills you though

Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies
  • Unfortunately I can see them sacking Glasner before Christmas, appointing someone like Moyes and surviving. It's just what they do everytime they look relegation threatened.

  • I'm worried they'll act fast and get someone in before Southampton do
  • As shit as we are, you'd think that the Football God, would rain down relegation on these spawny undeserving stripey Surrey pricks?

Unfortunately the football god spends all his time kicking us in the bollocks.
a group of cartoon characters are standing in front of a christmas tree and looking surprised
  • We had a point more than them when we went down in 2006/07 after 11 games and we already looked doomed. There is no way they will go down, they just are too lucky.
  • We need Eze and Wharton to stay injured until January, then leave...
Or just stay injured because they’d have quite a wedge to spunk on keeping them up if those two are sold

And stay injured through next season as well, as their wages would be a millstone around a relegated sides neck.

Then Sainsbury's decide to expand their Surrey operation thereby reducing the capacity of the khazi to 3000.

*Well it's on my Christmas list anyway.

  • Not to do with Palace but it certainly affects their owner John Textor. Lyon (also owned by Textor) have been handed a provisional Ligue 2 relegation.

They've also been given a transfer ban and if they fail to pay off their debts by the end of the season, they will be relegated to Ligue 2.

I wonder if this could have any knock on effect for Palace, as will Textor have to focus his efforts and money into saving Lyon.

More money in keeping PalARSES status than Lyon's.
