They'll still be okay. They have been so bloody lucky throughout most of their years in the Prem. They've been absolutely awful most of the time but there's somehow always been 3 times even worse.Hartleypete said:bottom 3 after Ipswich beat spurs.4

Well that, and sacking their manager just at the precise time when a really good one is available for work.Rizzo said:

I have a good feeling about this season though ..I think they are going to struggle5

Got to hope that United come in hard for Eze & someone comes in Guehi. Then they're snookered.lolwray said:I have a good feeling about this season though ..I think they are going to struggle4

Unfortunately I can see them sacking Glasner before Christmas, appointing someone like Moyes and surviving. It's just what they do everytime they look relegation threatened.1

I'm worried they'll act fast and get someone in before Southampton do2

As shit as we are, you'd think that the Football God, would rain down relegation on these spawny undeserving stripey Surrey pricks?

We had a point more than them when we went down in 2006/07 after 11 games and we already looked doomed. There is no way they will go down, they just are too lucky.0

My mate is utterly convinced this is the season it happens. He thinks the only team they will finish above is Southampton. Fingers crossed6

We need Eze and Wharton to stay injured until January, then leave...6

Or just stay injured because they’d have quite a wedge to spunk on keeping them up if those two are soldkillerandflash said:We need Eze and Wharton to stay injured until January, then leave...3

And stay injured through next season as well, as their wages would be a millstone around a relegated sides neck.cafcdave123 said:

Not to do with Palace but it certainly affects their owner John Textor. Lyon (also owned by Textor) have been handed a provisional Ligue 2 relegation.
They've also been given a transfer ban and if they fail to pay off their debts by the end of the season, they will be relegated to Ligue 2.
I wonder if this could have any knock on effect for Palace, as will Textor have to focus his efforts and money into saving Lyon.3

More money in keeping PalARSES status than Lyon's.Chris_from_Sidcup said:Not to do with Palace but it certainly affects their owner John Textor. Lyon (also owned by Textor) have been handed a provisional Ligue 2 relegation.

I think they are going up against West Ham, Everton and Leicester for the third relegation place. And those three have a little bit more about them. I really do think this is the year!!1

See, you say that and then I get my hopes up and then the stripy cnuts go and get a new manager or something and just scrape through and I get all depressed again.JiMMy 85 said:I think they are going up against West Ham, Everton and Leicester for the third relegation place. I don't think Wolves will be anywhere near the bottom 3 in May. They had a terrible start but that was mainly because of their run of fixtures. Now they're playing the 'lesser' sides they're getting results and their next 6 games are all against bottom half teams as well.North Lower Neil said:

I think they might struggle to keep hold of Cunha next season, that guy is too good for Wolves.3

They'll deffo have their worst Prem finish in this recent spell , this is their 12th season on the spin in the Prem and they've only finished between 10th and 15th in the previous 110

They aren't that big a club to hold on in there indefinitely. One day they will get relegated and when they do, I'll celebrate. I'm not holding my breath though, there's been too many false dawns.
It would be typical of Charlton though to spoil the moment though by having a little trap door moment of our own.2
