Well I predicted a big response from the squad last weekend and I couldn't have been more wrong so no predictions from me this weekend. I'm dreading the game but it surely can't get any worse than 5-0.
4-0 to Wolves. Bikey sent off after 75 mins with the score 1-0. Luzon says the red card was unjust. Shots on target: 0, shots/passes/clearances getting anywhere near Wolves' goal: 0, chants of "Guy Luzon's Red and White Army": 1, % of fans singing "Gee" Luzon: 42%, % of fans singing "Gai" Luzon: 13%, % of fans mumbling "Ger": 27%, % of fans singing "Chrissy Powell": 4%, % of fans asleep/silent 14%.

I'm going on Saturday but expect to lose the game, which would be neither a surprise nor a disgrace against an in-form team who have won five and drawn one of their last six league games. What, however, we are entitled to expect - and, indeed, demand - is that the players out there give it their absolute all in order to try and get a result, particularly in the light of recent gutless performances.
I spoke to a Wolves supporter this week. He said that their main danger man up front is the young striker, Nouha Dicko, who is extremely rapid. He came back from injury three or four weeks ago and Wolves were relieved that he didn't get called up by Mali for the African Cup of Nations like Bakary Sako. Prior to Dicko's return, Wolves were hamstrung up front by that carthorse, Leon Clarke. They've also now signed the young Arsenal striker, Afobe, who scored regularly for MK Dons on loan this season and got another on his debut on Saturday, so they have plenty of firepower.
There will be a big, confident and boisterous crowd and, as ever, the team's first job will be to quieten them down and get a foothold in the game. The concession of a goal in the first twenty minutes may precipitate another rout, so let's hope we show the necessary backbone to stand up to the early pressure. With the strong rumours of unrest behind the scenes and the farcical events of the last few weeks, there is a real sense of this team unravelling. Let's hope that they show some mettle on Saturday and give it a real go, even if they come out the wrong side of the result.
Wolves away goes down as one of my dreaded away games as I can't stand the place or the team plus I've seen us six times and lose all six there!!! And I don't expect that run to stop Saturday
Guy Luzon whoohaah Guy Luzon whoohaah He comes from Is-ray-ell He passed a very extensive interview process involving a long shortlist of candidates...
I think it will take time for players to become acquainted to the new philosophy but it can work if the team act as a single unit and support target man as soon as possible. I hear he (Lucan) likes to pressure and hunt apposing teams in packs when without the ball forcing mistakes. Again, it can work as Arsenal & Barcelona are showing but it must be executed correctly and again as a unit. Might not be pleasing on the eye though!
I don't remember ever feeling as alienated from the club as I do now. It's hard to find a connection with an owner whose motives and methods I don't trust and his latest stooge appointment in whom I have no confidence. Of course, it's nothing a few wins won't cure, but I don't expect anything this week. 0-3

Not really the time to suggest another player out of position, but Tal is one of our best passers and readers of the game. Plus his mazy runs won't be so dangerous with a back 4 behind him. Bikey and Vetokele rested for Rotherham. Never expect much from Molineux regardless of our situation.
I bought tickets for this today. I don't know why. We're so obviously going to lose 3-0
Wellwickman Fraid so. Recent form dictates as much. Desperado stakes. Harriott must be dumped. Can't afford two left-footed wingers away from home. Good wins for Leeds and Brighton so gradually being sucked into relly mire.

I'm rarely right but would probably settle for that :-)
3-0 Wolves.
Think I'll swerve it, go to a darkened room and stab a dinner fork into my leg instead!
Like I said on the first page: take a point.
Take a point and run for it.
