Out of this season team there is only 4 so called network players Ben haim, bulot, buyers and tucuden. Now we have watt which make it 5.I know 3 more so called network players are out on loan. So why is everyone so upset? I proud that we have so many youth players in our team As well as other teams. I still feel that some of you just like to moan at the team/board.
The club needs a lot of work on and off the pitch and it's only been 1 year so far. It will all take to to come together but I have full faith that it will. Thing have all ready changed for the better pitch, new seats better food and drink.
So let's get behind the team and the board and support Charlton athletic. I'm a proud season ticket holder for the last 19 years in the west strand lower and I go away a lot as well.

Would have had his hands full with JFH!!
Its not like we've a limited number of years to get into the Premier League or else we're never allowed in (at the moment anyway)
Tucadean - slightly better but not up to it
Buyens- I may be in a minority but I think he is a major problem in our team, the definition of soft underbelly
TBH - had actually done it in England before and a success.
Oh goody, we have now got two more...how exciting.
Whether it's four, five or six the simple fact is that our club is now made up of:
1) academy players
2) players acquired by the last regime
3) network loans and signings
4) recently acquired through local or network scouting
5) loans from the FAPL (only Coquelin so far)
Put simply this means we as a club don't have to be rolled over as a club by agents, players and other clubs but we can still buy as and when they find the right players.
It's right to question whether the network players are good enough and whether we get fair value but to me the bigger question is:
Now that the squad is rebuilt and the gaps are obvious will the right players be sourced and paid for so we can step up to the next level. I don't care where Tony Watt comes from but if he is as hit and miss as Tucudean then people will rightly be upset.
If I were to pick out one network disappointment it would be Bulot. I thought he might add a lot more.
But overall we have seen the squad rebuilt for one €3m fee for Vetokele and perhaps £1.5-2m paid to Liege for loans and transfers. None of them are world beaters else M.Duchatelet would have knocked them out for €5m a throw like he did with Batshuayi and the rest. If some work and some move on in the network to a lower level then our squad will continue to improve.
The fact that we've seen Gudmundsson, Vetokele, Coquelin, Bikey and Henderson all make a decent contribution suggests to me this mixed approach works.... As long as we beat Brighton of course!
Riga and Peeters as managers, the list goes on.
Riga - no complaints whatsoever...
Peeters? Let's see if he can turn this around.
