Very very poor according to Finchy. I just wonder, if the centre backs have been as poor as the lads say, what is Bob able to do about it. Those two are the ones who are undroppable, now that we let our only other experienced CB leave. IF we have someone better coming in in Jan then fair enough, but the shopping list is getting longer and longer.
And if the Fox sub was tactical, well that does not look very well thought out by Bob, does it?4 -

As much as I like Bikey and TBH, I do not think our defence has been as brilliant as it has been made out to be.... Really worrying that we let Morrison go, as it feels like it needs a change/freshen up and I am not sure Onyewu is the man for that.2

We were warned by Boro fans that Bikey started well for then but faded as the season went on - are we seeing early signs of that?
Sounded like Wilson was starting to make a little bit of a difference towards the end there and we fashioned a couple of chances. Think I'd like to one of George or Piggott on for Harriott at half time. We have to have a go at it from here.

Sounds like Rhodes is getting his own back for all those shut outs we achieved with the old centre halves. Not sure that taking off Fox even for tactical reasons is poorly thought out, more adjusting to a situation. That's assuming Fox has not picked iup an injury. Would be interesting to hear from those there, if Fox was being roasted.
January is going to be a big month for our season, not worried if we don't make the play offs but the draws / defeats momentum could take us to a fight we never expected at the lower reaches ... and |I am one of the positive people on here.0 -
