I can't understand why this lad went back to Arsenal, just think instead of turning up at the Etihad as the main man, he could have rocked up with us at Vicarage road ... Oh hang on a minute...
Had the pleasure/misfortune of being at the Emirates yesterday for the match, absolutely class game of football. Always a laugh to hear what Prem fans find to moan about as I am watching in awe at the football on show compered to what I'm used to...
Coquelin was absolutely brilliant, genuinely couldn't believe how good he was. He always looked different gear for us, but seeing him do it against a top Prem team was satisfying. Mate I was with didn't know he was at us and didn't believe me based on how well he did in the match. The guy mops up everything, breaking up play and makes the tough tackles where needed. Great, great engine. The even more incredible aspect is that he may well have been with us still had Arteta/Ramsey/Wilshire not have been injured and most likely a potential free signing in the summer!
Look forward to seeing how he continues to progress and take a bit of pride that he spent a short period with us. Would not surprise me to see more Arsenal youngsters try their luck with us in the future

They showed exactly what were lacking at the moment and his departure has definitely coincided with our poor form
Him and Cazorla bossed it.
I was really hoping we could sign him as he has great quality. Class player.
Coquelin returning to #cafc according to Arsenal
Shows he made some mates amongst our players and has a soft spot for us now.
Clash of heads with Grioud and now minus a few teeth.
Played - 21, Won - 17, Drawn - 1, Lost - 3 = 81% win %
Arsenal's record without him:
Played - 26, Won - 13, Drawn - 7, Lost - 6 = 50% win %
