Of course everyone is going to think that they are a "bigger" club than their local rivals. Especially when those rivals are clubs of a similar stature.
But in our case we are bigger in every aspect. Although of course, annoyingly they could argue to be "better" because of the head to head record...
Until we can actually quantify what "bigger" is I think it's impossible to say. If I was pushed I'd say we are "bigger" than Millwall. However they seem to think it's based on notoriety, which is of course nonsense because they've never been notorious for anything but causing a few spats and inspiring some poorly produced Football Factory-esq films.
I couldn't comment on comparisons with sides like QPR, Fulham and Palace.
Ha ha ha - really, that's their criteria? That they have more fans with prison records?
It has been twenty years since they had a higher average attendance, they have spent two years in the top flight, five years in the fourth tier have never won a major trophy. We have had recent seasons where our attendance has been three times theirs. There's no comparison.
1. Tottenham (have more fans than anyother london club 37,000+ waiting list 2. Arsenal 3. West Ham. Only big team in East London 4. Chelsea. If and when they drop down watch there attendance fall 5. Charlton. Our potential is just incredible 6. Palace 7.Qpr 8.Fulham 9.Millwall 10.Brentford 11.Orient 12.Wimbledon

You've spent too long in Wales.
So it seems i am the only one that thinks spurs are the biggest club, i believe they have more fans than anyother london team and when they get it right will be a top 4 team for years.
It isn't even close. You said Spurs had a 37,000 waiting list for season tickets to back this up, Arsenal have a bigger stadium and have over 40,000 on their waiting list.
Arsenal Chelsea (winning the CL and multiple years in the top four have bumped them above Spurs) Spurs West Ham Fulham (a good recent stint in the PL and don't forget they now have a European Cup final to their name) Charlton/Palace/QPR (can't split them) Millwall Brentford/Orient/Wimbledon (nor split these really) Barnet Dagenham & Redbridge Welling & others
Arsenal far and away the biggest club in London IMO. Can't ever seem to get away from their followers.
Fixed that for you Tom. And I agree entirely. Far more followers than Chelsea and Spurs, because they have been more successful for longer. After Millwall my least favourite London club.
For the record, there's over 50k on the Spurs ST waiting list as confirmed last week.
The last FA Cup Semi at Wembley between Spurs and Chelsea, Spurs sold out to ST holders & members only, Chelsea returned tickets after going on general sale. Thats pretty much all you need to know about 2nd and 3rd biggest club in London.
No arguments from me over the undisputed number one.

One of the reasons I ranked Chelsea, Fulham, QPR and to an extent Palace so low is because of the way their attendances drop massively as the divisions do, you cant say that about West Ham

Season ticket waiting lists (esp Spurs) are misleading. Any member is automatically included on the list by default. That's not to dig out your support because it has always been top notch.

*insert some insane argument about how we are a huge club here*
We aren't a huge club. No one supports Charlton because we are a huge club. Support the team and don't be arrogant. Leave that to the nigels.
