David Sullivan has rejected speculation that Ricardo Vaz Te or any other player will be heading out of Upton Park for Charlton as part of the Diego Poyet deal. The Hammers co-owner has totally dismissed the claims circulating around south London that the Addicks could get up to two Irons on season-long loan deals. The speculation originated from sources at The Valley but the Hammers co-owner speaking exclusively to ClaretandHugh immediately denied them. Vaz Te’s name was being mentioned regularly as a possible arrival but Sullivan has made it clear that neither he or any other player is on his way. The co owner negotiated the deal which has seen Poyet arrive at the Boleyn leaving the Addicks expressing public unhappiness on their website. And he told us: “The Poyet deal has been concluded and there are no players going the other way. “The transfer fee was resolved through negotiations without the need for a tribunal.
Either that or its following tradition with loan signings... i.e. you wont see any really made until the end of Pre-Season just to cover any injuries that may arise or if the club miss out on any targets
Once the Loan Window opens you may see some movement from West Ham sending us a player
The co owner negotiated the deal which has seen Poyet arrive at the Boleyn leaving the Addicks and once again proved what an obnoxious, self centred, conniving arsehole of a con man he really is.
What was actually said was : David sullivan 'as rejected speculation that ricardo vaz te or any ovver player will be 'eadin' aahhht of upton Noah's Ark for charlton as part of the diego poyet Ian Beale. the 'ammers co-owner 'as totally dismissed the claims circulatin' 'round saarf london that the addicks could get up ter Bo-le Of Glue irons on season-long loan deals. the speculation originated from sources at the valley but the 'ammers co-owner speakin' exclusively ter claretandhugh immediately denied them. vaz te’s name was bein' mentioned regularly as a possible 'rrival but sullivan 'as made it crystal that neither 'e or any ovver player is on 'is way. the co owner negotiated the Ian Beale which 'as Pearly Queen poyet 'rrive at the boleyn leavin' the addicks expressin' public unhappiness on their Wind & Kite. and 'e told us: “the poyet Ian Beale 'as been concluded and there 're nah players garn the ovver way. “the transfer fee was resolved through negotiations wifaht the need for a tribunal.
This bloke Hugh Southorn was also inferring (very smugly) that the Happy Hammers got Poyet for a straight fee, without any add-ons for appearances and international caps and without any percentage sell-on fee, which is obviously complete and utter nonsense.
Still, I expect his drivel about loan players has increased the number of 'hits' on his website for advertising purposes
West Ham have confirmed that they have loaned Alf Garnett to Championship side Charlton Athletic for the 2014/2015 season as part of the Diego Poyet deal.
Garnett, 91 will be given the title of Head kettler for the "Welcome to the Cheap Seats" East Stand Block A and will assist in making sure that occupants stay in their designated seats for the whole game plus for 45 minutes afterwards every home league game.
"I will make sure this riff raff don't engage with the other fans in the Les Berry stand. I would like to thank my young nephew at Charlton for putting my name forward as part of the Poyet deal and will enjoy the free pint of Courage Best whilst I sit in my Stannah stair lift going up and down the block."
Garnett's first game will be against Wigan Athletic on the 16th August and if you would like to sponsor Alf's shirt this season please ring the Commercial Centre on 0898 12 11 46.
Not true. Talks have taken place and no decision reached. The talks revolved around doing a deal more than a specific player.
This makes sense to me. I understand that deals are quite often dependent on others a sort on domino effect . The talk of Cole and Jarvis was always stupid in my view , but so for different reasons was Potts as we are well covered at left back.
We need a Keeper so I am sure we would be aware of Stephen Henderson as he has been competent at this level and I suspect he would be on our shortlist . Over his two years at the Bolelyn he has only ever played in the Hammers first team in Carling Cup games , so he is nowhere near their first team and is at best 3rd choice. If the happy Hammers sign Ecuadorian striker Enner Valencia this would mean Modibo Maiga and Ricardo Vaz Te will be further down the pecking order .
I suspect all three would be available and normally financially beyond our reach .According to Wiki I think Henderson and Vaz Te will be out of contract next year but Maiga still has 2 years with a further 2 year option beyond that . We assisted Sordell leave Bolton with his end of season form last season , could Maiga be looking for a good Championship loan to secure a move away from Upton Park?
If this scenario is true .The arrival of (at least ) one of the unhappy Hammers would probably mean the loan exit of Simon Church.

It is true, Vaz te is back up to their 1st team David Gold Confirmed no players will join us on loan and we have not held any talks with ANY west ham players
Vaz Te has featured for West Ham in the second half at Ipswich tonight.
Henderson and Maiga did not make the bench. It is interesting to note that the Hammers had 2 Keepers Adrian and Spiegel on the bench. Does this make Henderson 4th choice ?
Charlton have tried to sign Vaz Te. Not totally dead in the water but looking increasingly unlikely to happen. Totally unconnected to the Henderson deal.

it was you that started the speculation you knob
Maybe these journalists of today do not have the sources that they once enjoyed.
It's to be expected I suppose, if national newspapers make rumours up on a daily basis and claim them as exclusives.
