    My wife checked and could only book until 11 - do you know what? - she has probably put the sunday in and 11 is the last time on the Sunday. I'll check this time.

    There's no last Eurotunnel, it goes 24/7, but I guess your son and wife need their sleep...

    Just got an email after trying to chase my reservation up: they are unwilling to book anyone on it unless they are part of a group of at least 20, this is due to a poor response to the package...

    A huge let down.

    I had the same email after asking what the deal is with hotels if booking solo. I'm out if that's the case, RD appears here for the long haul so we should be back in Belgium in a year or two. Apologies Elfsborg about the programmes.

    I cannot see why they were not able to go ahead with their deals irrespective of how many were interested. Quite poor really.

    You can book in groups of 19, but only if you're a Crossbars Season Ticket holder in good standing, or can prove each member of your party voted Vivant in previous Belgian elections. ;-)

    None of my business, but why doesn't someone start a new thread, with a clear heading, as to what is required and see if you can get 20 people on here ?

    Good idea, there is one already though on the matchday travel section.

    I reckon people have been put off by the 45 minute game on the Saturday. I think a lot more people would have been interested if it was a ninety minute game.

    Due to the fact that the respons is quite slow on the packages and we can only provide the proposed prices starting from 20 participants we have to hold your inquiry on hold until this coming Tuesday.

    If we can reach these numbers we can confirm your booking this Wednesday.

    Our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience but we would like to make sure that we can offer you this package at a fair and competitive price

    Does that really mean a group of 20, or 20 people in total? If the former, say I got 20 people on here interested - I'd presumably then have to pay for 20 packages (£5500) for complete strangers and the tournament's in only 2 weeks. It's not feasible.

    The late notice is annoying as this trip has been on the cards for a while. I guess we wanted the okay from the incoming manager before confirming.

    To be honest £275 is asking a lot.

    Our Eurotunnel fare is £124 and the Hotel is £152 for two nights - and that's for three of us.

    Aye but surely more than 20 people have already said they're up for it?! Indeed, keep OohAah away from here!

    I thought the package looked the best way of doing it. Eurostar appeared to be £170, hotels £40+ per night, transfer from Brussels 20E, match tickets... I'll see, if they send a positive email on Wednesday I may end up going.

    I'd guess that less than 20 have contacted the club.

    It sounds like the club have negotiated a cheap package but need a min of 20 to trigger it.

    Anyone interested should get in touch ASAP.
