  • Terry Brisley about three years ago. He was drunk, generally dishevelled and shouting at buses in Basildon.
  • With Phil Tufnell NOW. Legend.
  • Played snooker with Steve Davis, Alex Higgins and Peter Ebdon. Also reffed a doubles match in which Andy Townsend was playing.
Neil Kinnock dropped his chequebook while he was walking past me and I picked it up for him.
    Darcy Bussell
    Mark Nicholas
  • Robert Mitcham
  • Ben Elton at Perisher Ski resort last saturday.

  • Wiggo - Had a coffee with him and Cavendish in Pesaro in 2008.
  • There's loads of famous people I have probably met according to this thread that I may not have even realised as there's names coming up on here that I have never heard of
  • I carried General Pinochet up some stairs at Belmarsh Crown Court

This has been my favourite one so far.

What style of carry? I picture him sitting on your shoulders like a toddler with your hands gripping his ankles, giving it the 'wooooah' before ducking at the last minute before going through a door
  • I met Pete Townshend last night.
  • Sponsored links:

  • I could reel off a list of some of the most notorious and infamous criminals that you'll have heard of but I've signed the official secrets act so I can't.
  • I met Pete Townshend last night.

Did you ask about the book?
  • Nils Lofgren

  • I'm sure we've done this before.

    Anyway here's a few:

  • Ones I've had conversations with, beyond footballers, include Princess Alexandra, Ringo Starr, Al Wei Wei, and a long Sunday (long ago) getting absolutely bladdered with John Paul Jones of Zeppelin.

    Care to elaborate? Please.....
  • I would prefer to meet Joel Kinnaman's wax work dummy rather than the man himself. Although there's probably not much between them acting-wise.

That idea was poo pooed on health and safety grounds. He was in his wheelchair so it took two of us.
