We need a Network shirt deal and sponsor - that would be worth a few quid and meets the levered commercial model.
I see your point, but agreeing how the revenue from it is shared out could be a nightmare. This is the kind of issue which often vexes global network companies of all kinds.
Don't see an issue as Duchatelet owns 95% of Staprix and a simple calculation can be put in place. Revenue can be split on volumes or current income. It will be interesting to see where commercial revenues (Inc media) and the services are in 2/3 years time. Absolutely vital if CAFC is to keep gaining new fans and growing.
The issue will likely emerge at one of the smaller clubs. When they see the tiny share of such a deal at say Ujpest, they will instantly claim that they can do a better deal locally.

Anyway we are veering off topic..
Agreed that each club (large and small) may have a view about their revenue share or service offering - and that is why there is a group resource who can look at quick wins and raising the standard across the board. People have reacted to six players arriving from Liege(and network scouting) last January. How will fans respond to more and more group resources running the show.
As opposed to being off topic I think this is highly relevant to this appointment... and to all executive appointments going forwards.
"Mr.Duchatelet employed me because he liked my can-do attitude and ability to think outside the box. I’m going to be proactive in taking a helicopter view of the best practises at each football company in the group and make action items from my learnings. With buy-in from the leadership we can get a win-win situation by synergising the results of the blue sky thinking across the network to create a holistic strategy focusing on low hanging fruit as well as keeping an eye on the metrics to determine the next stage going forwards and keeping the high priority items on the radar."

Good to hear he is communicating with fans and in such detail. And he clearly isn't one of those people who use lots of jargon such as "sweating the asset".

It's a decent idea, but I suspect that it would need a name/brand that are, or want to be, active in the individual countries and I'm not sure l can think of one who would want to put their marker against several lower league clubs in various countries.
Potentially kit/training gear deal, extending Nike's (or other) reach to the other clubs - I don't know who does the kits at the other clubs at the other clubs at the moment.

Allow me to translate into English...
"Mr Duchatelet employed me because I agreed with everything he said. I am going to take a cursory look at each of the clubs in the network and see if I can understand how they work. By relying on the existing management teams of the clubs in the network, I will claim any credit for anything good I can see going on."
Belgacom must be gutted at losing this rising star.

If you need any assistance in the synergising dept, just call me.
(Never let it be said that Fanny is backward in coming forward...)
Sorry, Curb_it

Bet he's a whiz at Facebook
Amaury is looking for synergies as well.
Or set up a special flag for such terms, perhaps using a David Brent image?
:-)
Like a big pizza pie, that's Amaury
