One of my all time fav cafc players, such a quality player on the ball. I remember when we let him go in January to Fulham I was gutted and fuming at the same time.

He left in the summer but agreed, thought it was a big mistake at the time.
I understood he wanted to move? I suspect he is keeping quite busy as did not his young wife sadly died last year?

    Come off it, Tom.

I really enjoyed watching his Highbury goal video.
It doesn't mean we're living in the past.
I think he was joking oggy.

The two most skillful players i have ever seen in a Charlton shirt are Allan Simonsen and Claus Jensen. Both Danish both sublime.

Watching that Arsenal clip, the fact that it was Vieira (at the peak of his powers) who was robbed shows how good we were back then, sigh...

He was a great player on his day, but against lesser teams, especially in the cup he often went missing....just to add some balance here.....The goal against Blackburn will always be the stand out for me.

Great player, one of the most technically gifted that we've had.

I remember when we lost Parker and Jensen and we started the preseason friendlies with a central midfield pairing of Euell and Kishishev. I knew it was the beginning of the end for us.

    Whoooooosh.
  • Totally gifted....but didn't really like to tackle..and was probably becoming injury prone when we sold him to Fulham where he only had 30 games

That's exactly what struck me - and how Jonatan Johansson really got stuck in to win the ball. Good players, good days...

One of my top five also. Class class class.

Without any doubt in my opinion. Most composed and skilful player that has played for us in my view.

He had a nice freekick on him.

Manu at home (they eventually beat us 3-1) that was a beauty.
