Dervite wont leave it we offer him decent terms. He is well aware of his career so far and injuries. If he carries on first team injury free and full pre season he will be happy.
Reza doesnt need to eat pies or any form of chicken to develop in england he aint weak he is just a fancy dan dribbler. Its not weights he needs. Just to play up front in a competitive team. Gets on the ball in key situations but for charlton has wasted most of them. Has scored 3 screamers but unfortunately 2 of them bounced off the woodwork
makes me laugh, he is ripped, hardly needs to bulk up! He is learning less fouls are given in england. For Team Melli fans this could greatly help his game when he goes back to the less contact tackling environment of World cup football, as he will then be used to overcoming rough challenges, just like ronaldo did to lethal effect.
When I used to play (at a very low level) I was a 100%, no holds barred type player, and I have found myself drawn to those players since. Reza is light weight, bottles challenges and not that good. Would be disappointed if he was still with us next season.
Hopefully he will go on to prove me wrong.
In other words u were shit then?
Just cheeky banter couldnt resist. please dont be offended

Any reason why you're not a pro footballer and he is?
Whilst my 'favourite' type of player are Yann and Keane esq I do also enjoy watching flair players, in fact they are often worth the entrance fee alone.
Whilst not the best players, I have at times enjoyed watching the Trekkers of Harriet and before him even Lloyd Sam, I just don't get Reza.
From what I have seen (and I generally only go to home games), he is lightweight, dives, has little ability to beat a player, and an average Championship first touch, therefore he can not play on the wing.
His positives are pace and clearly a clean strike on the ball (goal v Leeds, shot v Wigan good examples), so as a striker he has a chance and this seems his natural and preferred position. I just don't see more than 8-10 goals from him in a season, which might make him a world beater compared to the current lot but I guess it depends what our aspirations are.
Like I said, maybe he will prove me wrong, but I feel we will still be talking about his potential in 2 years ala Dale Stephens.
