he said there was only ever one other person interested and that fell through at the last hour because they didnt want to make themselves known to the football league so withdrew the offer. thats the only thing RM has said on this subject, what you said above is not true

the interview in the SLP the day after RD took over he said what i posted above, im guessing he said that in RDs interview to make him seem important

Thus we have a choice between the words RM actually said and what he was reported to have said. I trust you now accept that what I wrote was in fact true. Sorry, but I am not a fan of lying so you will understand that I took exception to your comment. But it's sorted now.
