Sorry, but everyone of our new recruits barring a LOAN player Ajedavic, all haven't featured, look like a pile of shite or are completely ineffective.
I'm playing the same old record here I'm sure, but on reflection, it's annoying how the appearing laid-back attitude of this twat when he sells our arguably two best most in form players, for a not good enough reason, and obviously didnt want to listen to the advice of the people already at the club.
He has money, but wont use it for what we securely needed at the time because we have found out the the planned alternative haven't we? A load of bollocks from Belgium and other countries, cheers, and take no one's advice then you obviously know what your doing - Jose mourinho I assume?
Excuse my French, and for the timing of this post, does not particularly correspond with what you would expect, like straight after one of our flat depressing defeats, but afraid to say that it appears he's simply just a bit of a w@nker and there is no well.intended carefully thought out plan for us.
No wonder Chris Powell's struggling he's been given a nice big bit of turd to field when it was completely unnecessary. The guy has money, but just decided to invest in...f**k all.
I don't care what the bloke has or hasn't done at other clubs, he's scorning us from the inside, this is our club not a project to play around with and make the managers job more difficult and pressured. Powell's body language via press meetings says it all, and I'm not one of those fans right up CPs arse whether we win or lose, I see it as it is.
Might not be 100% on this, but I heard he has a contact clause where he has to pay an extra 4 million if we stay up? Well that might be general knowledge to fans, or not, I don't know. Funny how that now makes alot more sense.
I had the mentality of patience with the apparent "New Charlton", it was like "see where this goes", and part of me still has that, but be careful what you wish for eh, you might just get a weird owner that refers to his clubs as his children while they all wear a fake smile when daddy's around and are scared sh*tless about their unlogical storm of a future.
Diego Poyet is probably in a straight jacket drugged up and getting shoved on a plane to Belgium. (Well no, but, maybe)
If we don't sort it the f*ck out, we are relegated, and supporting Charlton won't be as enjoyable as it could and should be.
It's a massive week in front of us the boys on the pitch need all the support they can get, home and away. Forget sulking *cough* it never helps in the end.
Charlton till I'm dead.

Yep I agree and was more than pleased we sold Darren Bent after relegation from the Premiership as well, cos we weren't winning enough with him in the team
FFS smell the coffee
Stop complaining, with his level of expertise of Belgian football we will easily win league 2 in a couple of years. Honestly, some people want results now now now, but what you have to realise is that we need to first fall far enough for our brand new signings to be effective, Reza and Piotr will come good, in league 2.
Funny how this post was actually made before Powell got sacked.
A name and a business philosophy all in one
The perceived negative decisions of the owners/positive decisions so far.
Positive:
1. Buying the club in the 1st place which apparently saved our arse from administration.
2. Giving the bloke on reception something to look at every morning by bringing katrien.
3. Giving rhoys Wiggins a contract he was happy enough to sign.
4. Bringing in adjedavic on loan who has a bit of a creative spark.
5. Allowing the obika loan as where desperate for another forward.
starting to struggle now.
6. Communication with the fans increased. A big full stop on the end of that sentence.
Negative:
1. Not using any money to buy players even though it's the January transfer window. Not coming in to rescue the possibility of buying the managers targeted players that he couldn't previously afford. (Generous I kept that as one point)
2. Not renewing the contract of our main, only outlet of scoring goals in yann kermorgant, the talisman. (No replacement as of yet)
3. Not renewing the contract of our in-form best midfielder in Dale Stephens. A creative player that also has goals in him.
4. Bringing in players we don't need or have reasonable cover for. Not strengthening in the right areas. Not bringing in BETTER players, ie evidently, polish Pete. Changing things dramatically making the managers job harder and underwhelming, belittling and dis-crediting his role as the manager and making a Charlton legend a puppet that won't be controlled.
5. Telling the BBC our best players could go Leige.
6. Not laying down a deal Diego poyet can't refuse.
7. Persistently lying to the fans about Chris Powell's contract situation.
8. Selling alnwick who the manager clearly rated higher then Thurman.
9. Only being at the club for a matter of weeks and already having too much of an influence against people that know more about football. Not prepared to assess the situation at the club before making independent decisions on who should stay at the club and who should leave.
There are more of these negatives but I'm done with the listing.
I don't support Charlton any less then last week when Powell was Still manager and im an optimist in regards to Charlton and mostly always have been.
We might think we can we what Roland is trying to do and at the end of the day he is the man with the money So he can, within reason, do what he likes with it. But...
You can't say that the Dutchelet enterprise of football business has done Charlton any favours up till this point. Quit trying to think you can see this master plan that doesn't actually exist.
Hope and reality are 2 different things.
One voice.....
Roland Duchatelet.....
100% support.
I hope to see Charlton competing in the Premier League very soon.
Realistically, that may or may not happen - but in order to happen it will need both RD and the fans to be pro-active and positive.
Thus far we've had a bad transfer window and sacked a manager that has us bottom of the league and knocked out the club to a weaker side. I was opposed to both scenarios but we've also had the announcement that there are exciting plans for our training ground and our captain signed a two year deal, plus we've brought a striker favoured by Chris Powell in on loan.
I'm not sure how anyone can have a definitive position on RD yet but it's not for me to tell anyone else what to think.
Next season could be a great season, who knows, then the opinion may alter in favour of the owners. Just so far they have not done much good and could have done alot better with what they have, so I base my judgment on that, other people don't have to do the same.
