People need to realise RD isn't interested in Powell, even if we are relegated RD has the money to get us straight back up.
Eh? I think you need to realise that no amount of money guarantees us to "get back up", whether from League One or back up to the Prem. There are countless examples of this.
Based on Powell's success when he was given some clout in the transfer market, I'd prefer to have him in charge rather than the next Stollenback or whatever his name was at Wolves if there was cash available.
If RD will only allow us to bring in players from his other clubs then I hope we get this guy - Reza Ghoochannejhad
A striker with a good record everywhere he's been, including 8/10 at full international level (although some of the teams in the Asian confederation are terrible). Hasn't been playing for Standard and has been linked with us - could be a good shout.
How can anyone know at present - RD only acquired the club a couple of weeks ago and the vast majority of deals in the January window are done in the last few days.

You are probably right and there are enough people who have expressed a concern or joy that CP may not be with us for much longer, but this is purely conjecture based on RD saying nothing. I think what people do realise is that we have no idea what is happening so we might all just speculate.
Clearly the ones that have been bought in were not his pics. We were told he had made a list so the lack of anybody who could have been on that list tells us what we need to know unfortunately.
this season so far as the new owner is concerned may be just a question of survival .. when we stay in this division, he will plan and finance accordingly for next season .. plan B will come into effect in the event that we are relegated
RD has proven form in getting rid of coaches and even players he doesn't rate, this is a proven fact as he's shown such tendencies at Standard Liege. What is not factual, at all, is the exact status of his relationship with and opinion of Chris Powell - I don't care who you say you heard it from.
You say that newbie, but I treated Katrien to a meal at the Falconwood Harvester, the wine from the tap was flowing; of course and thing led to another, we looked into each other's eye and she said...

But... but she promised I was the One... I feel so betrayed...

Has anyone read the secret f footballer, deals take time to complete! The loans from SL have made us stronger. Dom Dwyer of kings Lyn and the Yankee second decision......really!!!!!!! He was all we could afford before the takeover But maybe we are now working our way through another list????
On the 18th January, Reza took a Delorian time machine into the future and, on 20 January 2014, publicly expressed an interest into transferring to Charlton Athletic on a permanent basis. it is said that Charlton's new owner Roland Duchatelet has agreed a loan deal with a view to a permanent switch at the end of the season should the south London club avoid relegation."
The clubs new owner is worth £400,000,000 and owns four football clubs. I do not see him having the money to splash on players just for Charlton. No I suspect it will be a rotation of players between these four clubs and the managers will have little say.

Getting a little tired of this style of posting that occassionally seems to pop up trying to wind up or rile other posters. You've been posting on here a number of years now and you should know what is acceptable and what's not.
lets just move on and no continuation or repeat please, Thanks
John Chapman @BelgoFoot 2h Guy Luzon (Standard manager) tells l’http://avenir.net he wants to promote youngsters at Standard rather than buy (debut to teenager Deni Milosevic) #cafc
Wants to or has been told he has to?
I'm all for promoting youngsters into the team but you need a good mix with experience.

The best we can hope for is that Powell doesn't have pressure put on him to pick the players that RD brings in.

Oh, you were looking for a reaction.
Nice one, son.
Will you be handing in your Season ticket when your beloved SCP is relieved of his job?
