Joe Lolley - Played against him just last year at Uni, and he single handedly tore us apart! Sinced moved to Kidderminster and has a fair few FL clubs chasing. Peterborough and Millwall including supposedly, and neither of those have a bad record of picking non-league strikers!
Just to let people know that the Trust have been in discussions with staff at CAFC including the new catering manager about the next survey. These began before Christmas so coming next: what beer products should be available at games, whether the club should develop wi-fi and what people think about the programme, stewarding, smoking - so basically all aspects of the matchday experience. Ideally it will be business as usual and we can get on with it and then feed the results back to the club. The survey may also cover ideas raised by PL54 and others about the direction of the club.

This sounds very encouraging. Another example of RD's eagerness to make a difference early doors perhaps?
Get the new build at Sparrows Lane started ASAP leading to a cat 1 academy in two years time.
A revamped Valley and pitch. A bit of TLC and paint will do for now but then an ongoing programme of improvement of facilities.
Re-purchase the parcel of land in Landsdowne Mews
Contracts for CP and any other playing/coaching staff CP wants to keep.
Enough of a budget for CP to keep us up this season and then to challenge for top six next term.
Lots of communication and honesty even if the news is bad
Respect for the Club's history and tradition but without letting that hold us back. No "little old Charlton" or "we don't do that" just for the sake of it but no change or gimmicks just for the sake of it either.
A new MD/CEO with a background in football or sport with a business development background who likes to communicate and who can motivate employees and lead a team.
A strong relationship with the Community Trust and with Fans' group including the Fans Forum and the supporters' trust.
