Ipswich v Charlton - Player Marks

Alnwick 8.5 - no chance with the goal and otherwise very good
Solly 8 - very good game, always assured.
Morrison 7 - ok, but I was not convinced by either cb.
Wood 6 - no worse than Morrison, but the own goal was embarrassing
Wiggins 8 - probably our best outfield player
Wilson 7 - I am a fan of his, but did not quite happen for him today
Cousins 7 - worked hard, but he probably would have got away with the penalty if he had not reacted so guiltily!
Stephens 7 - again worked hard, and much better second half than first.
Stewart 7 - always drifts in and out, but dangerous at times and a certain penalty
Kermorgant 6 - surprised that others thought he played well, to me he was rarely dangerous and too often out of the box
Sordell 5.5 - did run around, but too often aimless

Overall, a hard working performance, and a well deserved point. In the first half, rather disjointed with the strikers too far from the midfield, second half much better and better organised.

Oddly, I was there with my Ipswich mate who thought our strikers were amazing!
