Despite running out of alcohol the boat trip was fantastic yesterday.
Great bunch of people, we had such a laugh.
Does anyone know how the young lady is that fell down the stairs though? Hope she is ok.
Thanks Brendan, it was my daughter and she's ok now. A little bit sore still because her back hit every stair on the way down!! Alcohol may have played it's part in stopping her being able to hold on to something, but the main cause was the slippery steps.
I tried to force her to go home with me, but she was having none of it, she HAD to go to the game, which we did, albeit very slowly. The boat trip was amazing, but I have to be honest my concentration on the game or the result was not what it would normally have been for obvious reasons. I must say at this point that the stewards and medical staff at Loftus road were top notch. Very caring, very accomodating and after they made sure that she hadn't done anything serious, they escorted us to a more spacious section of the stand, (Just in time to see that bloody goal go in!!!!). The ground may be an absolute dive and their fans a bit on the strange, (and quiet), side, but I can't fault the staff there.
I would like to express my thanks to everyone who at the time showed concern and helped us, and to everyone who has since. It means a lot.

Our lot was in the Thameside Inn at London Bridge when we heard the boat go past, we chanted back at you lot but I don't think you heard, then we heard "we hate Millwall"
Hope you all enjoyed your day yesterday shame about the result but we always knew it would be tough . Trying to track down the Lee rigby flag so I can get it back to it's owner I know a couple of the lads took it to the game for us.
