Summary

Charlton recorded their second consecutive home draw in four days, and though performances have improved in those fixtures, the lack of victory is starting to become a concern. Without Kermorgant up front, Charlton desperately look timid in attack, and repeated good play up around the pitch appeared to grind to a halt in the final third. Jordan Cousins, again impressing in the holding midfield role, had the best effort of the game when he drilled a long-range effort that was well handled by Gilks in the Blackpool goal. Neither side never really looked like scoring though.
