Dulwich Hamlet won 3-2 yesterday in front of near 2000 attendance.
And last night. Despite being in Prague, i followed their 4-0 away victory to put them top of the league. All is positive on the field although Billericay have 4 games in hand and are breathing down Hamlets neck. Off field the ground is under threat from redevelopment by Southwark council, expect a strong campaign by Hamlet for the preservation of the club.
It's not redevelopment by Southwark Council threatening Dulwich, it's the property company - Meadow Residential - which owns Champion Hill and has been bankrolling the club.
To cut a very long story short, the plans for a new stadium and housing on the site have fallen through because Meadow has had a monumental hissy fit with Southwark Council. Everybody there is hoping Meadow sells up and sods off as there are other buyers waiting in the wings to take the club on, possibly redeveloping the ground too. But there is a fear that Meadow might just shut things down out of spite. A bumpy ride ahead.
Good result that however Cray Valley struggling at present, I here Adem scored a couple, good player should be playing at a higher level expect a few 7 dayers for him.

Going well but lots of sides just below them have 1 or 2 games in hand
