I disagree there. I can't speak for everyone but Germany is a fairly new country, same with Italy which is full of divisions, and Spain obviously has its splits. It's much the same for everyone, I saw Argentina over there and it was crap. There was a big ruck between rival club fans though.

Both times I've seen Brazil here has been good, but anyone here will view themselves as Brazilian rather than a proud resident of Rio or Sao Paulo.
