Set to retire after Saturday's game v Doncaster. Fantastic player, always hoped he'd end up with us at some point in his career. Let's hope he goes out with a bang and condemns Donny to L1.

He owes us for sending Palace up last year.

A hat-trick in his final game would be a fitting way to bow out *** (as opposed to the Zidane way of retiring)

*** Unless of course a draw for Doncaster would send Millwall down.
  • it is probably because he is good honest pro, trains hard, looked after himself fitness and healthwise (hence the reason for the longetivity in the game. Enjoy your retirement mate.
  • Not happy he will get token appearance in a very important game for us.
  • Great player and an important part of that legendary game in 98.
  • I love that bloke. He let me down a bit when he joined Palace. Top English goal scorer one season with 30 in the Prem? Should have featured more for England.
  • Is he the last man standing playing from "that" match ?
  • Unbelievable career. Euro Golden boot in 2000, 286 goals, and five promotions to the premier league - with five different clubs. Leicester, Sunderland, West Brom, Birmingham and Crystal Palace. We should employ him to just put his arm round our strikers and hope something rubs off.
  • lets hope he scores against Donny
  • Scary player in the Championship. As others, wish he'd joined us at some point!
