The BBC's Late Kick Off requires a #cafc fan to compete for this amazing trophy. Get in touch! #cafc pic.twitter.com/ZkRXZhMepQ
They rang me last week asking if I'd do it as they wanted someone who was "a larger than life character, up for a laugh and a committed fan".
As I'm actually quite shy I said no.
I did ask around but the problem is they want you to miss the Millwall game to go to Orient or Gillingham.
I did point out that this would limit the number of "committed" fans and they did say they would try to change and maybe they have.
Anyway, anyone but Nathan or Acworth, apply but remember the stick you will get, deserved or not.

Subject: BBC Late Kick Off
Hi Ben,
I work for Late Kick Off on BBC 1 and hoped you might be able to provide some assistance for a feature we are planning to run on the programme.
The basic premise is 'Come Dine With Me' for football fans. Based over 3 weeks, 3 fans will visit one another's teams and rate the experience based on a whole variety of factors. Teams will be judged on criteria such as pre-match pint, food at the footie and atmosphere....
At the end of the 3 weeks, one fans team will be declared the best to visit, with the winner awarded a special prize. This will be the fourth year we have run the segment, it has proved very popular with viewers and those involved.
The criteria for the individuals is 1) they are obviously a keen supporter 2) interesting characters who would be up for having some fun and certainly were NOT camera shy.
I hoped that in your role at the club you might be able to point me in the right direction.
We require contributors to be available on Saturday 16th March, 23rd March and the 30th March (Easter weekend) The three teams we have chosen for this years 'Your Place or Mine' are Leyton Orient, Gillingham and Charlton. The first game will be at Orient on the 16th, Gillingham on the 23rd and Charlton on the 30th March.
I'd be most grateful for any assistance you could provide. Perhaps it would be best to have a chat on the phone. I'm happy to call you, alternatively please give me a call on 07779 167 602.
Many Thanks,
Richard Adams

That forum is hilarious. Sometimes i don't know if they're being serious with the total written diarrhea i read on there.
Anyone else see him tell some one to F off and tw*t and calls posters on here bullies. Couldn't make him up, bit like acworth in that respect.
