I know theres lot of factors (mainly cost) & time but i couldn't help taking a glancing look around when at Bolton at the ages of people there , we need to get more under 30's to away games somehow , otherwise our away support will only get lower in number in the future , 3000 to Millwall &7000 to Fulham are great , but this is the bread & butter.
Got our two tickets last week, going to be wet and miserable weatherwise so hoping for some pre Christmas cheer from the Addicks even a point will do COYR.

I don't intend to fall off my perch for some time, MIA !
Youngsters ( under 30's) may lack the cash to travel all over the country following the team whereas some of us oldies may be mortgage free and are able to take advantage of the concession prices offered.
We had to put our supporting on hold, both home & away from the mid 70's to late 80's due to finances & family commitments.
Sorry Fanny i'm pleased you get to so many games , good on yer! what concerns me is the lack of younger people coming through , maybe its something that can't be changed and just the way things are i don't know.
Maybe your right , younger people do not have as much disposable income , and are tied up paying rent / mortgages / bills / student loans! even more reason for the players to put a shift in for those that do / can go.
there will 2 less, my cold/flu/germs have got the better of me, so I'll stay at home which will ensure our win, then I can grumble that we should have gone.

Fairplay to our travelling few and the local northerner based addicks.....
