  • What a bunch of cock.

"They drew on their experiences on the old Holmesdale terrace" - most of them were still in the womb when there was a terrace at the Holmesdale End!

  • I was enjoying reading that until he starts talking about his respect for Celtics Green Brigade who are an absolute disgrace.
  • More cringe worthy nonsense from that silly little club from Surrey. They have no history, so they are trying to make up for it by starting a boys club that they'll all probably grow out of within three or four years.

All seems a little sad to me.
  • They really are cocks !

They should've chosen some better photos, or does it really take 2 weeks and a grand to arrange 4 people to hold up the letters CPFC, and get a small block of people to hold up red and blue card?
  • That's bloody embarassing...still each to their own.
  • what a load of tosh !
  • I like the bit where he contrasts the Ultras with the 'knees up mother Brown' type Millwall supporters.
  • One hopes that are too young and so poorly educated that they fail to understand the significance of their blackshirts.

    Against modern football indeed!

  • The for me is one big concern about this emulating the Ultras, and that is the politics that goes with it. Fascist and racist. There so called link to Greece and Italy are with noted right wing supporters., and to claim support from Argentine Fascist who would tomorow attack the Falkland Islands and the british forces there is appalling.
  • "Ideally, there would be organised groups of well dressed, switched on lads"..........
  • Is there a more deluded bunch?

"Running Brighton up and down the South Coast"

"Rivalry with Millwall visible on Saturday nights in Penge"

Complete bunch of spotty wallys, who seem to think a block or two bouncing up and down behind the police singing songs from Sister Act against Barnsley makes them great fans. These 'switched on lads' who seem to think they're something off the pitch completely showed themselves up at The Valley the other week.

As for arselicking the other ultra wallys north of the border who make no attempt to hide their support for terrorists, they're welcome to eachother.

At the end of the day, they'll always be Palace, a joke club.
  • I think they would shit themselves if they ever came up against the real Italian ultras. Homes dale ultras think lighting a flare up on top of a turnstile roof is hard, Italian ultras enjoy stabbing other supporters and having a fight. I wonder which one is more intimidating?

    How so?
  • Seriously weird
  • Though there are a couple of good points re Sky and soulless football grounds, I haven't read such a piece of utterly pompous drivel in a long time. Who does this twat think he is??!! It's really annoyed me. I'll start hating Palace at this rate!!
  • You get the feeling they think they're a bigger club than us. Delusions of... and all that! Give em credit, they have to drum up support somehow.

Judging by that article it sounds as if the ones who started it are in their 30s.

Ready to be shot down here but I can sort of understand what they are trying to acheive. I hate seeing the (lack of) atmosphere at most grounds in Britain these days, I'm sure we could debate for ages about how it came about but fair play to them wanting to make a difference. It was quite sickening but the atmosphere they created at our place a few weeks back was pretty impressive.

Just to restore some parity to this post, calling themselves Ultras though is quite laughable and I still despise all Nigels and their pointless little club.

  • I can understand that they're trying generate a bit of an atmosphere, but being Palace, as usual, they just end up trying to mimic someone else rather than come up with any original ideas, which IMO makes them look a joke for a change.

The little palace ultras have not increased thier average attendance at home which is still pitiful also how loud would they be if they were losing?

They had 21k on sat just gone? Anyone know if they had a ticket promo or something, decent crowd considering Burnley would have only taken 600 or so!
  • Palace fan at work came in my office today boasting about getting over 20,000 and saying there wasen't a seat to be had and little Charlton wouldn't get a gate like that against Burnley (Who only bought 400 so he says?) then I reminded him it was kids for a quid and there next home gate will be 12,000 like it has been all season!! FCUKING CRANKS!!
  • Had a bet at the w/e we will finish above Palace....easy money IMO.

what else do you expect from a fat scabby c#nt?
  • "We feel the casual scene and Ultra movement are fundamentally driven by the same set of principles; but the execution is different. We have a good mixture of casual and ultra minded people within the group; and people generally dress well, there is a blend of casual and ultra gear at the front of Block B, with Hf caps, scarves, shirts, polos on display as well as decent casual clobber!"

So fucking sad, it's actually cringeworthy to read.

Kids for a quid I think. Not sure where they got that idea from.
  • The official campaign title was "Twats for a quid"
