£34 Match ticket, £30 for a train that takes twice as long as normal plus beer money. Think I'll give it a miss.

I could afford it, but refuse to pay £34. If the away teams, don't sell out, perhaps Ipswich will have to reduce prices in the future.
Exactly, and if people keep going the prices will keep going up,
They were expensive last season as well. It looks as if they are losing about 3k a game on attendances
  • i tried to stay at home on principle. but i'm concerned about us and want to make sure we're alright. much like when a child starts a bigger school and the parent isn't sure if they've settled in quite right.
  • Certainly hope it's worth your while , Swerve.

    Well done, mate

    Worth every penny ;-)

More than I expected. 1,000+ would be good.
  • I was expecting 1,000+ to be honest.
  • think thats very good in my opinion, struggle to take over 1k outside of London and considering how far it is think its a very good figure
  • Will be at least 820 with me and 2 non-Charlton mates

Quite a good turnout, at the moment the away figures are holding up this season, hurrah
  • never going to get many more with the way we are playing. Fortunately then numbers are boosted by the fact its a good weekender

  • Yes - got my tickets today. It's a bloody bar code job so could have got away with U18s.

Anyone know if we get a kickback from sale of away tickets?
  • Anything above 1000 is very respectable considering the distance.
  • Let's be honest 5-600 are going for the lash up

I'd be surprised if Burnley in a few weeks is half what we take on Saturday

Have to say having done the Blackpool weekender when we lost 5-3 as good a laugh as it was it wouldnt be a place I'd be fussed about going back to

    Good on all those going
  • Burnley isn't far from Blackpool. So if you need to go back for something (such as a follow up appointment at the clap clinic) it's quite convenient. Doesn't have quite the same night life as the Golden Mile though.
  • hope the day/weekend trippers have a good un
  • Yup, as usual it would probably be a great weekend spoilt by the football. Will just have to drink some more to ease the pain.
  • Reckon it should end up being 1000 odd. Can't wait now. Doubt I'm going to be to happy come 5pm though

Surprised - it seemed more than that.

  • when will millwall be on sale and how many do you think we will get?
  • We'll get the 2200 in the upper tier to start with. If necessary they'll probably give us the central blocks in the lower tier as we'll - apart from the 4-0 game three years ago I don't think we've been given or needed the extras though.
  • cheers
  • Wolves ticket update: 1,045 sold as of 9am (MW) #cafc
