Is it any wonder threads get closed? People have lost money and will probably benefit from sensible helpful advise. Not crap like what we have above that is at best, useful to no one, at worst damaging to some.

But the problem is that it isn't like we are all having a chat down our local - If somebody decided to go and beat Steve up, then the thread -which is on public record- could potentially pose problems for the site. We need to think in these terms before we write on some topics, whether in jest or not as somebody has to spend their time checking and filtering content and as they are unpaid- they could at some point decide it isn't worth the trouble if we don't use some common sense ourselves when we post.
I'd still like to know how many people we are talking about before I start looking for my pitch-fork.. Or whether it involves everyone who purchased anything or are there a few happy customers?
