Not really. If they really are a racist...then they are hardly going to fit in somewhere like CAFC given the ethnic make up of the players, management and fans, are they? P45 time, methinks.
Can't see that. You are not telling me that there are no racist footballers who are surrounded in a multi-cultural team.
Most clubs nowadays have many different nationalities/races
From what I heard of it he was even slagging the youth team - or maybe he was saying he would rathar have them instead - was a bit difficult to make out! Have sympathy for him over loss of his mum, but does seem that a rant of that level at this stage of the season is out of order - imagine if SCP had had a real go at the squad if we'd lost 2-1 at Carlisle??
Honestly think you might want to check your facts before posting something daft, the audio is on the BBC site. What he actually said was that he'd not have a problem with replacing the current team with youths, but that they were guilty of the same thing (going out on the piss before a crucial promotion decider). Had Powell done the same, I'd be very please actually. Having stayed with the team after hearing his mum died, then come back for last night's loss, he probably felt that the players should show enough commitment themselves to stay professional until they were over the line.
I recall a few people branded him a loose cannon after the Leon Clarke thing. A couple of months later and in the middle of a striking crisis Powell also realised that there were issues.

Can't quite remember who it was, but think there was a Leicester footballer who had far right political views only a few years ago.
I personally thought it was genius. He lambasted a few who will know who they were, gave a slight excuse to McCormack but showed he expected better. Made his feelings known, but not in a naming Dennis Wise.

Who's to say he didn't after the Colchester and Notts County home defeats?
But he didn't do it to the press. There is a big difference. I think Di Canio's public comments were out of order.
I never said he did and that's the difference between the mindset of the two; both can be described with a 'C' word SCP= Class, PDiC= Crazy.
