I don't see the problem with making ur own personal Charlton tees. It isn't like ur forging replica shirts, someone mentioned that you're taking money out of the club, but looking around the superstore online there is nothing similar on there. The chap isn't making any profit and isn't mass producing these. Ok legally ur breaking trade mark rules, but the club won't take a hand full of fans to court over this matter.
That was me, the link a page or so back has a load of stuff for sale and at £17 a tee someone must be making a profit. I presume the online clubshop has none, as everyone knows we are changing kit supplier in 1 week.. id be very surprised if they have nothing promotion related for sale at the weekend.
Dan Bream, owner of Breamteam, had a shop up on the old Addickted site, with t-shirts and hoodies available. No copyrighted images were used, but images of the players were used with no hiccups. I don't know how the deal worked with him and Spreadsheet, but quite a few were sold.
Well, unlike the club, at least Dazzler is trying to give the fans some memorable merchandise. Pretty poor showing/timing of the club to have an empty "superstore"............
Spreadshirt get the money, I just make up designs.
Pretty sure none of those on there breach copyright at the moment.
However were the club to come and ask i'd say well, Jimmy is my only buyer so far and for that reason I'd close the store, without questions.
You've used "Charlton Athletic" over which the club most likely has a trade-mark, particularly in connection with football - I'd be surprised if they haven't.
As i said on another thread the superstore has about 6 shirts left the rest is wall to wall cheap looking white teeshirts with were going up on and flags.
The club will announce sometime this week we are moving away from Macron & signing up with a new unknown brand (Nike) on the website & the new kit will be parachuted in by the Red Devils after the game.
Nike obviously know we are the main team now and have got Man U signed up as our delivery boys!! ;-)
What's with everyone shooting people down on here, so much for a community. Dazzler has done something in his own time without making any profit for himself over the love off his football team. If you don't want to buy one then don't, but don't try and make him feel bad about it. If you want to shoot people down about making merch focusing on the club then speak to the stall owners outside the Valley on match days, they're the one's making profit off whom I'm sure some would hopefully go to the club.
No one is trying to shoot Dazzler down - far from it, just giving him a gentle warning that he might inadvertently be infringing the club's TM and to be careful.
I think people are trying to stop him potentially getting into trouble rather than telling him what he's doing is shit!
Fair play to him not making a profit but he doesn't want a phone call from the club does he, of what he's doing is wrong. I haven't the faintest clue about it to be honest.
So erm Nug these designs are a bit too large (Max is 4000px by 4000 px, is there anyway it could be redesigned to replace charlton athletic with "Charlton" or "The Addicks" as I am certain we can use those.

People can argue that is unfair or difficult to enforce but that is the case.
I doubt the Club are planning to sue Dazzler21 but as AFKA says just be aware.
This for home and Option 1 for away, I would love.

Some changes may have to be made.
