Seen your comments about the pink ones leading up to and after your match yesterday . No surprise as they have unbelievable arrogance . Will be interested to see your comparison with our attitude and general approach pre/post the game next Saturday . Have a look at our main forum on Bladesmad to help. Your comments will be welcome there.

Think it will be a close game and fancy a draw. We've not had one for ages but feel we may cancel each other out.

    Got it in one ha. South side of city mainly Blades. North mainly pigs. Rest split. We have a real core and they seem to have more that just turn up for big games.

    Key players Evans and MAcdonald at the moment. Beattie on sub for last few minutes at the moment as not fit. He may be gone by next week due to short contract. Was at our place for first game but our confidence and team spirit is far higher now. Playing some great stuff currently, especially when we've taken the lead. Draw due to both our form.

    Really think minimum 2,500 will come as fans finally believing and enjoying the style. Big rush on purchased tomorrow is my forecast after Bury performance.

    Pigs been used for last couple of decades really. Owlerton. Near their ground was once a pigsty !! Not much changed then !!!

    Think Hudds will run out of steam and pigs away form will let them down. We cannot afford playoffs as we always bugger those up !!

    I really do hope that the red part of Sheffield is celebrating at the end of the season with us based on my experiance of the 2 away matches to there this season.

    Yesterday walking back to my car(i parked next to the BP station) i had 5 incidents of middle aged men shouting stuff at me or making comments towards me, ignored the first couple but by the 3rd ill admit i did start "bantering" back after he walked up to me and said me and my club should be ashamed as we didnt bring enough fans, my response being im sure you will impress Crawley next year with your massive support, then got to the main road and the guy behind me said you were S*** mate and called Charlton cheats before claiming in a loud voice Exeter were better then you(which he said 5 times) until i finally responded with top of the league and just when i thought surely thats the end of it, as i got to my car i was confronted by 3 of im guessing there Ultra's(wannabe hard men) who said cheating b****** and said are you and your Nword(that one really did shock me) manager happy with that then, to which i responded yes thanks top of the league with a little wink as i got into my car.

    I have been to most of the northern away games since i moved across the border 6 years ago but never experianced that sort of thing, its almost like i walked out singing the top of the league song where as my actual crime was returning to my car wearing a Charlton shirt.

    So id love to see united join us in promotion as there fans were great when we won there earlier in the season as had a good chat with a couple of them after and even shaked a few hands as we both wished each other luck for the rest of the season.

    I dislike Sheffield Wednesday nearly as much as the obvious teams you generally dislike as a Charlton fan and yesterdays result was very highly enjoyed! Conversely I have plenty of time for Sheffield United and their fans which seem a decent down to earth bunch and wish them well (except for next saturday-obviously). It seems the big ego's only reside in the blue section of Sheffield. If Sheffield United were to play Sheffield Wednesday in the play off final I would shout myself silly for United. (Hopefully they will come up with us automatically though)

    same as GretnaGreenAddick parked by BP station. Got a few abusive comments on the way back to car and was a it surprised to be honest. Wouldn't have minded if we had actually cheated or time wasted but we hadn't, I mean last for minutes we had two breakaways and instead of running in into the corner and spending a couple of minutes there pissing around we actually tried to score the killer second. Jeez, we even had a corner and lumped it into the box. As for cheating we wont even mention Madine's blatant elbow into Taylor's face or Semedo's 'tackle' on Pritchard or the foul which led to the goal which was basically an assault.

    Who genuinely gives a fuck about which one of these two get promoted. Let them both suffer a few more years in league one. Huddersfield are the best of the bunch (as proved in our last encounter).

    For some bizarre reason the wendys took exception to our signing so many players in the summer & the comments have varied from "it'll take a season for them to bed in/ wait until all of the players not playing ask for transfers,we'll be fooked/powell will be gone in 3 months look at last season (some of us thought the same tho lol)/ I wouldn't want any of those players they've signed/ we've signed their player of the year & now they are claiming that he isn't very good" moving onto " I've seen a few of their games & they're not all that / wait until the heavy grounds come they won't be able to play their tippy tappy football/it's only 5 points we'll soon overtake them/it's only 7 points we'll soon overtake them/we were 8 points behind & now it's only 5, we'll be top soon/ wait until they have their blip, we had ours at the start of the season/I can't wait to get them at illsborough, we're gonna smash them /Semedo will rip them a new arsehole (ooh er mrs!) on & on & now we're fooking cheating, lying, classless cockney wankers......& they wonder why Charlton go on their forum to answer these claims
    While the blades have said looking forward to the game, we're playing well so should be a good one etc............. Welcome to the red half of Sheffield.

    I would like to see Sheff Utd come out on top to be honest but I do also think the second best team in the league are Huddersfield and I reckon it will be us and them for the autos.
