  • Clarke does look a bit awkward to watch but I thought he did ok on Saturday. Was a good run at the end and a decent pass.

The longer BWP goes without a goal, the more likely he will score in the next game. That's the way I see it so bad news for the blades on Saturday. Thought he was very sharp on Saturday - good shot on the angle - hard to score from there but did all he could and was a good save from weaver ( with a tinge of luck) sometimes your hand is in the right place - but luck didn't run for BWP. Thought he looked as sharp as he has looked all season.
  • Thats Coz Haynes has also signed, so place not essentially guaranteed anymore, so BWP needs to work even harrder than usual IMO
  • I feel against Notts County we should give him a go, he is one of the league's top goalscorers

You seen him play? I think you might think again, tbh.
  • I watched him, he started against Bury I think. He was awful. But still think we should give him a go and give big Yann a rest.
  • Who heard the booing as he jogged on the pitch? Disgraceful.

If CP was the type of manager that made unforced subs at half-time I'd agree, but if he starts we've got him till minute 70. And that is a bit of a scary thought.

to be expected surely. How the f*** he was their main goalscorer is what baffles me...
  • Booing a player, who has made about five appearances for us, before he comes on is to be expected?
Just about sums some of our fans up......

    didn't hear any booing
  • didn't hear any booing
    I did I think

Heard something but thought it couldn't possibly be booing
  • Willing to see Clarke given a chance in the team but no way should Kermorgant be dropped or rested when he is our best striker. Think it is disgraceful if some of our fans are booing Clarke as he hasn't been given a fair chance, reminds me a lot of the treatment of several other strikers we have had.
  • Didnt hear a single boo.
  • Didnt hear a single boo.
I did, loud and clear albeit brief.

Not sure if it was against Clarke or for Jackson being taken off but booing there was. Didn't hear any at the end which was good

didn't hear a boo or a cheer or anything the ususal non atmosphere , one day we'll have something to cheer
  • It wasn't booing, it was more of a sigh.
  • What I heard was clear. Jackson went off, it was silent. Clarke came on, boos from the North Upper were heard. How do fans expect players to do well if they're being booed before they've touched a ball?

Top of the league as well.
  • Well its strange as me and Clem both sit at different parts of the North Upper and didn't hear it.
  • He was the sort of player that Parky would have got in on loan.

Would have preferred to have seen Benson or Hayes come on, but then again what do I know?

    This

  • I'm not very impressed by him, pretty sure he's only here so we got rid of Benson. If I was the manager I'd bring Hayes back and give Wycombe him instead. I know we should give him more of a chance but he isn't quick, he isn't that strong I just can't see what he offers.

Didn't hear any boo's in north upper block N.. Can't really see what he
    offers and can't see
    him being here next season.
  • Ok he don't look great but he's barely been given a chance. Saying that Haynes deserves a start ahead of Clarke in my opinion.
  • I heard a little bit but it sounded a lot more like a few isolated idiots than what you'd maybe class as actual booing. Doubt the few voices reached the pitch
  • There were a few boos when Clarke came on, as I was listenting out for them.

  • Definitely heard some booing from where i was sitting in the east stand. Sounded like it was for Clarke and not the substitution.
  • He didn't look a happy bunny or part of the team when he went off after the final whistle.
  • To be fair he hasn't had much of a chance to show what he can do but having said that what we have seen has not looked very good at all.
Running through treacle springs to mind.
  • Before the News Shopper as its field day, there was booing of Clarke when he came on as sub this evening.
