  • What don't you like about my posts off_it? Writing on iPhone format at the moment.
Bit slow and generally not up to scratch. I wouldn't go as far as to say "shit", as I am prepared to give you a little bit more time. But any more of this and I'll be hounding Admin to get rid of you and booing everytime I see your name on the left hand side of the screen.

That's funny Off It . You have the exact same affect on me.
From you Sir, I take that as a massive compliment.
    ;o)

Am I in your gang then Off It because you've only had one little pop at me when Kap 10 was looking for advice on his trip to Dublin 6 months ago?
Did I Deadred? Can't say I remember that to be honest.

To answer your question though, no, I don't boo when your name pops up on the left or call you "rubbish", so I guess you must be alright.

By the way, was that your first ever thread the other day? I saw you make a comment about it, but haven't looked it up. (By the way, this ISN'T meant to be sarcastic - honest!)
  • We did win today right?
  • The bloke has played 25 mins of a 2nil win and someone has posted he is shit

Proper stupid that, acne a record for stupidity on here surely
  • A lot of people seem to have the hump tonight, maybe its the fact Christmas is over , there skint , and they're going back to work.

More like 13 minutes - but other than that, spot on.

Maybe my sarcastic approach was uncalled for here - so I apologise - but I do find it unbelievable that people jump in to criticise at the drop of a hat but don't seem to like a bit of (unjustified) criticism back. But again, I apologise Dave21 if you didn't get the point I was (cryptically) making.

Anyway, 2-0, top of the league - what could go wrong. Oh, work tomorrow .............
  • Yh off_it the di canio/Clarke post was lazy and a bit 'shit'.
My last post was OTT but thought you were being harsh without evidence..

    Too much chocolate at Christmas?

Ha ha , no worries mate. I haven't been back reading all of your previous posts or anything like that!

By the way, that's the first time I've been called an "old prat" in my life, but I guess it's something I'm just going to have to get used to now I've tipped 25.
    ;o)

That's good and yes I started off the Team v Brentford thread. I do sarcasm quite often so when I'm on the receiving end it doesn't bother me anyway. Happy days COYR
  • Some say it's the lowest form of wit.

To those people I say "Oh, really?"
  • Thought he looked lost and had skates on instead of boots-looked like bambi running and the gloves keeping him balanced --but could not fault his effort.

He will get goals and sure given time will do the business..................

  • Clarke needs some one on one fitness work. I know a good fitness coach in swindon
  • See this thread has turned into a platform for some self-promotion. Clarke looked slow and out of his depth as you would expect for a player dropped out of nowhere into the best team in the league half way through the season at the end of a tough game. We'll see. I trust that CP would not acquire, much less play, anyone without evldence that they can do the necessary.
  • I didn't say he IS Shit, Said he WAS Shit today!
  • How long was Clarke on for you all to form a view of his potential, 10- 15 mins for a bloke that arrived on Friday , the team played saturday so wouldn't have trained , we then played Monday so would have been involved in a light session on Sunday and poss Monday morning

Hadn't played since Dec 10 th

Are some of you really that stupid that you don't understand football at all

I have heard bring back Benson, no wonder Hayes is pissed off , he is not the answer

You must be proper stupid to even write such twaddle

    ...is the correct answer.
  • Changing tack here, we were obviously determined to get rid of Benson, so to bring in instead a proven goal scorer at this level has to be good business. The two Sheffield games will tell us a lot, pointless excercise swopping insults, may the best team win ! ( We all know who that is. )

I agree that he shouldn't have called you an old prat Off_it.........he should of course said young prat! (One of those smiley face things!)

  • Good interview with Clarke on OS now doesn't sound like such a bad attitude. Says he felt really rusty having not trained for a few weeks and that he would've liked to have played better.

Not suprising his cameo wasn't great then, hopefully fitness levels will be better for the wendys game.

And you.  With knobs on. :0b
  • Hopefully he'll do fine....................just tell him not to borrow Dohertys boots again.
  • I didn't say he IS Shit, Said he WAS Shit today!
    Is was twas
  • Still looks a bit off the pace. Made a decent pass and got in the right areas for the counter attack. Suprised he has scored nine goals in this league so far as he bottled it when he should have smashed in the 2-0 winner.
  • CP hasn't got too much wrong this season and is happy to put Clarke on the bench ahead of others and that will do for me.
  • Im happy for Clarke to be on the bench but like everyone else I wanna see the best out of him.
  • Give him chance to settle in

Thought he did ok yesterday, great pass to Kermy and as for his one on one he had to run from the half way line and as he reached the 18 yard box he saw Russel in space screaming for the pass. He decided to pass and then Russels shot was well saved by Weaver. If we had scored everyone would have said great pass how unselfish and if he'd shot and missed everyone would have said he should have passed to Russel. Can't see him on bench head of Haynes when he is ready though.
