He shafted us (one of many) without a second thought and like Curb_it insinuates above he has never had the gumption to come out and say it.

Regardless of any cogent argument that anyone puts forward, I will not think of him even 1% better.  Football is all about sentiment and not common sense and sentiment states I will never forget the player who signed a 5 year contract only to go on strike in January and play a huge part in costing us my number one dream as a CAFC fan... to see us play in Europe "proper"
