Hamer - 7 Efficient and good distribution of the ball
Solly - 8.5 MOM Tireless worker terrier like defender in great form
Morrison - 7 Commanding in the middle did what he had to
Taylor - 7 Solid equally as good as his CB partner
Wiggins - 6 Still not firing on all cylinders needs to up his game to keep Evina out
Wagstaff - 6.5 Worked hard as usual if only he could beat his man and put in a decent cross more often
Stephens - 7.5 Cultured kept seeking the ball and probing, took his goal well after missing a sitter last time out
Hollands - 7 Breaks up the play and does the water carrying another very good shift
Jackson - 6.5 Contributing better but would like to see more from the skipper - it's not all about scoring
Hayes - 6.5 Some good touches again but some poor ones short of their target with Queen Elizabeth Hospital and a blue light on them. Good assist for BWP's goal
Wright Phillips - Good finish and great assist for Stephens goal. Oh how we will miss him if he's out of the side.
  • Hamer - 6.5: I trust him as a keeper. He has made a couple of mistakes in previous games but I think he is a good goalie.

Solly - 9: MOTM. He was immense and dealt with everything that came his way. A player that has come on leaps and bounds. Well done Solly!

Morrison - Recieved the ball a lot in the first half and done well to keep it moving, Was solid also.

Taylor - 7: Played well and was solid against his old side.

Wiggins - 7: Got forward well and was more of a threat down the left than Jackson, didn't have much to do defensively.

Wagstaff - 6.5: I wish his tried to beat his man more often because he has the ability. When he did, he played very well.

Stephens - 7: Great finish and I thought some of his passes today was very good.

Hollands - 7: Passed the ball well and some great tackles as well.

Jackson - 6.5: Nothing outstanding but done his job.

Hayes - 6.5: Big shame about his massive over-touch because I think he would have scored. Made himself availble and I thought he done alright.

Wright Phillips - 8: Took his goal well and worked hard.
  • Hamer. 6.5 - Good distribution, looks nervous when the ball is coming at him though

Solly - 8.5 - Outstanding performance, never muscled off the ball and offered far more crossing ability than Wagstaff

Morrison - 7- Ruined Rowan Vine's day. Needs to vary distribution more though

Taylor - 8 - Flawless and strong at the back

Wiggins - 6.5 - Forward runs improved in the second half but seems to struggle to beat his man and can get caught out on the counter

    Wagstaff - 6 - Didn't impose himself, crossing poor

Stephens - 6.5 - Well taken goal but sits far too deep often and lacks forward impetus as a result. Didn't take advantage of the platform Hollands gave him enough. Good range of passing though

Hollands - 7.5 - Strong and good passing, and if he lost possession he made damn sure he won it back. Stopped Exeter from ever getting their midfield working

Jackson - 6.5 - Bit anonymous really. When he cut in more he was more effective

Hayes - 6 - For every sublime flick or intelligent ball there's a languid touch or a failure to even look bothered in winning the ball. Misplaced the ball too often and took a rotten touch when put through. When he passes well though he passes brilliantly

Wright Phillips 8 - Looked like doing something every time he touched the ball. Seems to have worked on the tracking back and tackling side of his game too. Worked hard

  • Hamer - 6 Not much to do apart from the chance that didn't cross the line. Good distribution.
Solly - 8 Fantastic defending and some decent crossing. Shame his superb shot only hit the bar.
Morrison - 7 Solid defending and composed on the ball.
    Taylor - 7 Same as Morrison. 2 decent CB's who don't panic.
Wiggins - 6 Was a little bit complacent at times and crosses weren't brilliant but defended well.
Wagstaff - 7 ran the wing superbly and did not stop attacking the RB.
Stephens - 6 Some nice touches and some poor ones but made up for mondays miss with his goal.
Hollands - 6 worked hard but haven seen him have better games.
Jackson - 6 Got some decent crosses in.
Hayes - 7 Spoilt his chance to go one on one with the keeper but laid on BWP's goal and led from the fron
Wright Phillips - 8 Scored one and made one. Worked his socks off and made it look so easy.

Hamer - 7 not much to do but didn't do anything wrong
Solly - 9 MOM -his best match to date
    Morrison - 8 Looking good
Taylor - 7.5 Solid as usual
Wiggins - 6.5 solid defender- attacking was a strength for Bournemouth last year but quality of that variable with us so far- might be trying too hard.
Wagstaff - 5.5 Couldn't beat the defender, get on the end of anything - poor delivery, worked hard but his worst game for a long while for me.
Stephens - 7 Was thinking that he wasn't standing out much then he scored and got an extra point. Wish he had been as cool on Monday.
Hollands - 7.5 Worked hard -more influence than Stephens
Jackson - 6.5 A bit quiet but reminded us of his quality from time to time
Hayes - 7 Great touch- no pace - excellent vision needed that to get vital breakthrough - a more important player than some might give him credit for.
Wright Phillips - 8 livewire -always good for a goal

Hamer 6 Better distribution than Robbie , early days to tell whether he is a better Keeper

Solly 9 MOTM improving every game no longer looking the weak link , glad Powell persisted with him

    Morrison 7 Looks sound

Taylor 7.5 Good game against his old club

Wiggins 7 Very good defensively sometimes his distribution lets him down going forward

Wagstaff 7.5 Always puts in a good shift for the team , Solly and him play well together

    Stephens 6 Good goal

    Hollands 7 Did his job

Jackson 7.5 A lot of Jacko's work seems to go unnoticed by some on here and he covers well for other players , a good honest shift and a real captain

Hayes 6 Looks a better player in away games

Wright Phillips 8.5 Not just a poacher today tracked back well needs to be rested Tuesday he is needed for the league ,close to MOTM but Solly shades it for me

I wasn't there BUT.....Hamer keeps blank sheet (which is why he's there) and still gets scores of 5 or only just better. Does he have to score from a corner or save a pen to get a score........isn't Solly too short to get MOM?

Hamer does keep clean sheets but its as much to do with the defence as his own skills, and sometimes his decisions/handling are worrying.

  • Hamer - 6 Weak for the non goal but showed clever distribution
Solly - 8 good coming forward, solid at the back, linked well with Waggy
Morrison - 8 Rock solid, scooped up everything
Taylor - 7 Not tested too much but did well against his old team.
Wiggins - 7 Got forward a bit more, and looked effective when he did
Wagstaff - 6 Not his best day.  Looked at his best at the end when he switched up front in the last few minutes.
Stephens - 7 Nice late run into the box for the goal
Hollands - 8 Brilliant, won it in midfield and moved it well.
Jackson - 6.5 The architect of our problems in the first half.  Wouldn't stay in position so forced Hayes out wide and kept Wiggins back.  Spoken to by Powell at half time and was much better in the second half which gave us some shape.
Hayes - 7 Lovely interchange with BWP for the goal.  Hard working, but forced to drop back and out wide a lot.
Wright Phillips - 8.5 Increasingly the player everyone is looking for.  Marvellous display.
