Couldn't find a thread for him but so far, so good. He offers more than Semedo has done by being more box to box. I am concerned though because his wife is expecting triplets which is obviously going to tire him out a lot more than if it was just the one. I hope it doesn't affect his performance. However, it COULD be a chance to see Alonso (Mikel) in the shirt or even Bradley Pritchard. He surely wil have a couple of weeks paternity leave so who is going o step up to the plate and try and fight for that CM spot (or even a bench spot). Can't see Euell starting CM.
Also I believe he put the ball in for BWP vs Sc*nthorpe (which again is more than what Semedo has done) but that could've been Jackson.

Hopefully we'll see him Tuesday.
might sound harsh but i wouldn't expect him to miss any games unless there are difficulties
Footballers don't work anything like the hours most people do in "normal" jobs so don't have the same need for paternity leave as they have the ability to spend most of the day at home anyway should they wish to.
That said when it comes to the actual birth of course he should attend if he wishes.
Soo true he seemed a loose cannon to me !
can't believe you're ridiculing our crossing specialist from last year. No coincidence that we didn't replace the big screen whilst he was in the team.
To me he looks like a player whos really lacking confidence for some reason. I know hes not the quickest of players but last season I recall him dealing with some very quick players by reading the game really well.
I hope he can turn his form around but I do think its time to rest him for a few games.
(Am I allowed to say that as a woman?!)
Shame to see him struggling as he is a decent player.
